How about answering your phone?!?!
I've been trying to call this shop for months. I guess you don't pick up the phone if your caller ID doesn't show a local number. Ever think that I've moved here from another state and didn't change my number that I've had for 20 years? Good luck pal. I try to support local shops, but you're not helping.

Called to ask for something very specific, but they didn't have it in stock like many other firearm stores; however, the customer service on the call was probably the best I've ever experienced at this type of establishment. I was told about a place that did carry the item I was looking for and given excellent information. I'm hoping to do business with this arms dealer very soon, just because the customer service was extraordinary.

Been coming here since 2017.
Usually I prefer going to smaller gun stores and helping local businesses. But these guys never want to spend money.

The guy in the shop has to call and get approval before taking guns on trade or buying a firearm more than 800$ from their vendors.

Iv been told multiple times no I'm not interested I don't even want to call Dennis. I will no longer be doing business here. Locally in Kokomo there are not many gunshops. So I also recommend you go to RamZs Emporium for all your gun needs.

These guys are not only great for experienced shooters, they are fantastic for people who are brand new to guns. They NEVER talk down to inexperienced people. If you are looking for an FFL holder to have something that is purchased online shipped to, they are great about taking care of it right away. If you want a gun that isn't in stock, they can order whatever you want. Any time I want a new gun, Down By The Tracks is my first and last phone call.
