Im new to the area and just landed a new job. Came in here 3 weeks ago looking for some work shoes, non slip if possible.

Stepping inside the place i was greeted by a friendly lady (I'm so bad with names) the entire place looks clean. She recommended the SAS Guardians. After trying them out and walking around, i had to get them.

I've been using them 8hrs a day for 3 weeks on my feet. My feet don't ache when I get home because the support on them is amazing.

Great great store. I can't recommend it enough. Being here first hand I feel like those recent negative reviews are left by people left out in the sun too long. Anyways check'em out. They'll treat you good.

I never write reviews but this place is crazy! It's like they don't want your money. I've tried to get boots every year for work for the past 4 years and they just don't want to sell you the boots you're asking for. No customer service here at all, what a joke this palace is. If it's on the shelve they'll try and bring you something different. If it's not on the shelf, good luck with them ordering it for because that's not going to happen. " I don't know if it's in stock" they'll tell you. Well look it up! I'm telling them redwing has these boots in stock and can be ordered. Oh snap! On to the next excuse. " I don't know what size you wear". What the heck! I know what size I wear, I've had these boots before but still tells me to go down the hill to a redwing dealer. I don't like driving down the hill just as much as the next person but I will never go here or make an attempt again for that matter! Of you read this and decide to not adhere to my warning..... post in the reviews after so I can have a good laugh because this place has me stressed our with their service.

Make sure the boots you buy really fit well because this store does not work with you if the boot after wearing it for a while is uncomfortable. They do no exchanges or refunds. I recommend going to a corporate store where customer satisfaction is first priority, and not coping an attitude when you call and simply ask if they can help you out with an exchange. I will definitely not be going back to this store.

This is about the 3nd. time I walk into the store. The older sales man, is not the friendly's person. I will never walk in this store again. He acted like I was bothering him. I asked a few questions, example are the sizes truth to there number, what is the difference in the shoes I was looking at and what is the price? His short answer was you need to try them on. Unprofessional. I just walked out. He had an attitude of don't ask me anything and you are bothering me. Not sure what is going on with Redwing lately...they are not focusing on customer service not even the San Bernardino or Upland stores. I will never buy Red Wing shoes again. Boot Barn should thank you for helping them get a new customer. I try to buy local, but this store dropped the ball. Just remember D's Bootery, Customer Service, being friendly and just a good attitude goes a long way with people. Don't waste your time here. This place don't represent the people of the area. negative experience here

I usually don't post negative reviews. I am more opt to read reviews from other people before I visit an establishment and base that on my decision. The older gentleman, who I assume is the owner, was very rude. He brought me shoes I didn't ask for, and told me to just try them on anyway. He also made mention something about how expensive the boots were and didn't know if I could afford them. I let him know that he was very rude and I will take my business elsewhere. He told me to go ahead, and also said to vote back if I need anything else. I am big on keeping my money local, but this will cause me to go somewhere else.

This place is a mom and pop shop but I got my last pair of boots here in 2015 and barely got new ones in 2019. I get the 8 inch high Red Wings and they are so comfortable. For the high desert this is the only place that sells Red Wings besides Boot Barn but you have to order them and they carry them in stock ready to go. The service here is always Pleasant the ladies that helped me we're very knowledgeable and patient.

Went to Boot Barn in Vegas last Friday just because we were up there and they didn’t have my size Timberland boots that I’ve worn for years. Returned home and went to the boot barn in Victorville to once again look for my timberland boots. Was helped “if you can call it help” by a young lady named lace. Not of much help at all. Honestly the Victorville boot barn has not been very good for years now unless you are there when the manager is there and then it’s good. I remembered D’s Bootery on Hesperia road. Appears to be a husband and wife owned and ran small business. All I can say it wow!! Talk about customer service. I’ve never had better customer service. 10 plus ⭐️S . I highly recommend this store. This is not a place that sells you less than the best. The man offered me a pair oh Irish setter boots and I tried 2 other redwing boots and I knew instantly those were what I needed. 180.00 out the door and a free pair of red wing socks. Shopping for work foot ware anywhere else was foolish of me. GREAT JOB D’s Bootery. Thank you

NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THIS PLACE!! It was almost like the old guy didn't want my business! The few questions I had seem to bother him. Facial expressions & his body language were so unprofessional that I just wanted to walk out. In turn I kindly left & now I highly recommend making the drive to a actual Red Wing Store down the hill!
