We come back here over and over for boots for ourselves and our family. We bring friends and family here from our of town too..can't say enough about the great selection, quality and prices of this place. They have a great selection of boots and clothing for the whole family.

One of my best shopping experiences in a long time! Staff was exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They had a great selection of men's Western wear. I purchased an entire outfit from Twisted X boots to a Stetson hat. I don't give 5 star reviews easily, but this was a great experience. Very pleased with the quality of my purchase and the satisfaction of the shopping experience.

This is the message I sent to their Facebook page… very unsatisfied and hurt customer. You have lost three purchases of Twisted x shoes on 3-16, around 4:30 me and my wife went into your store and was going to buy shoes for our three Children. Your staff stopped in their tracks looked us up and down very judgmental, we shook it off as we are not from around here, but just as we were looking at the first pair of shoes we noticed your staff still staring at us and this time was looking my wife up and down as if she were dressed as a shlemiel. She was so uncomfortable she told me let’s leave I’ve never felt so judged in my entire life, as we started our way to the door, the staff started folding clothes and then asked us if we were finding everything ok.. this was very unprofessional and petty and I’m simply astounded at this behavior.
