The heels on my cowboy boots recently fell off and I was meaning to come into this shop for a few weeks, but of course, I put it off until the last minute. I did eventually come in about two hours before closing and on the day before I needed to leave for a trip (and I wanted to take my boots with me). When I came in the lady honestly told that she was pretty backed up and it would take a couple of days to fix my boots and that they needed to be left over night. I asked if there was anything - even a temporary fix - we could do because I wanted them for my trip. She told me to leave them but to be back before closing and maybe she could do a temporary fix until I returned from my trip. However, to my complete surprise, when I returned, she cut a new custom rubber heel, secured it, and polished my boots for me! She went 100% above and beyond to help me and I was thrilled! I will absolutely be back if/whenever I need cobbler work. Thank you again!

Dishonest people and rude don't go there . My shoes needed stitches in dual locations , so on one location The stitches came off In less than 2 weeks. when I took it back to the shop they said no these are the original stitches we did not work on this shoe location before. And wanted to charge me at another twenty dollars to fix again . I end up taking my shoe to another shoe repair shop and charge me ten dollars to fix . Just like I said, dishonest people and rude.Don't go there .

Gabriel is exceptional! He is kind, hardworking, incredibly talented and a great service business in Carefree. If you value your footwear and wish to maintain their appearance and longevity, takes your shoes, boots, sandals, heels and flats to him!!!!

Don't use! Seriously. I had a shoe repair done about 3 months ago that failed to stick. When I brought it back and asked why the repair had failed, the owner (Gabriel) began yelling at me, suggesting I was accusing him of poor work quality. YELLING at me! I was absolutely stunned and vowed never to return. He didn't seem to care. I recognize that other shoe shops are not nearby, but people like that should not be rewarded with continued business. Go elsewhere.

Absolute genius! The only place I would trust for shoe repair - they do an amazing job - your shoes look better than brand-new by the time they are done working on them. We have been customers for the past 10 years or so and most recently had one pair of men's shoes completely resoled and a pair of women's leather shoes restitched, elastic and heels replaced. They did an awesome job, as usual! Well worth it when you have a nice pair of shoes that you want to keep wearing for many years.

Website says opens at 11:00 am. I get there and sign on door says opens at 11:30 am. I wait til 11:30 and still closed. Left a few minutes later and will not be back.

Great shoe repair! Had soles redone on my boots and husbands shoes. Excellent job! Little pricey, but worth it, because now we have shoes like new! 5 stars! Highly recommend them. Nice people:)

For 3 weeks Easy Street Shoe repair had my shoes (2 pairs) and no communication from him. I called during business hours and no one answered. I went to get my shoes and they were only half way finished, then he told me it would be $80 (resoled and heels)for them. I didn't even pay that for them at DSW.. I told him to keep them and walked out. He then dropped the price which was still too much and he still has them. I bought new ones for less then what he was charging. He is a crook, unethical and unprofessional.
