Eh... wasn't all that impressed. The selection was good. The service was lacking. We were half-heartedly greeted by a lady as she was tying her own shoes. I explained what I was looking for, she showed me the items then just left. Didn't even try to explain the differences or ask what I was using them for to help me obtain the best product. I almost walked out but needed the boots and did not want to order them online. Would I come back to this place again, probably not. Sorry, that's just me.

My husband and I came in on Friday 10/18/24 looking for boots for him to wear for his work. We was already overwhelmed because we had been looking for atleast 3 days on a good deal and boots that actually was comfortable for someone his size. He wears a size 13 in boots. Anyways I have to say when we arrived BRANDIE greeted us and helped us and she was absolutely amazing and very helpful. She deserves a raise because she made our experiences at Elliotts painless, fun, and easy and that's exactly what we needed! Brandie you my friend are a great sales person keep it up and we will be seeing you again soon because YOU we will be back !

Great selection of high quality brand name foot wear products and accessories. Very friendly and helpful staff. Associate who helped my cancer survivor friend was very patient and helpful. Highly recommend.

At first I was dissapointed when I walked in with my partner. When we first came in the door there is the checkout counter. Walked in and there was a lady at the register. I stopped looked at her and said hello. The lady never replied. I held up the shoe voucher letting her see it in my hand and spoke. The lady never said nothing. Not even hello, I will be right with you nothing. Looked at me like I was invisible! That really didn't not go well with me. Almost turned around and walked out! Never been treated like I had the plague or something. So we walked in the store a little more. Met the sweetest employee Kerina! She spoke even though she had something in her hand. I just mentioned to her how rude we were treated as we walked in. She apologized for that lady's issue. Kerina did however speak and say she will be right back that she was working with a customer. I was like ok cool! No worries! I was actually feeling better that she spoke and said she will be right with us. Brought back faith and trust cause we were about to walk out. Kerina was so helpful on helping me pick out shoes. I asked her who the manager was because the other lady needed to be retrained in customer service. I talked to the manager about her service to us. Manager went and talked to the lady. The lady did come up and apologize for her not speaking, the lady said she was right in the middle of a transaction.......I was like? Ummmm it would not have taken 2 seconds to say hello, I will be right with you or something. Not just look at us like we were a stone wall......kerina spoke and said she will be right with us. Even the other employee was super friendly with us. I get it, I been in retail before. We all have bad days. To be honest if it wasn't for Kerina and the manager I would have left 1 star if the first lady checked me out. But goes to show management does their job there very well. Thank you!

I had a gift card that my dear sister & her family had given me for Christmas after a little birdie told her that’s what I wanted for Christmas…
I wanted to come back to Elliott’s Boots in Cleveland, TN to buy some quality tennis shoes again. I walked into the store last night after work & I looked around for a while - eventually making my way around the whole store while wondering if anyone was going to help me with my selection, but there were no sales people around. I grabbed a box of sandals to try on, and then like an answer to prayer Sarah comes to my rescue. Sarah was friendly & helpful & inquisitive & pleasant & knowledgeable. She definitely knows about shoes. She brought me multiple shoes to try on & made it a very pleasant experience. I’m 99% sure she is the lady who helped me last year with my tennis shoe purchase - hence - why I had that gift card ya see...
It really made a difference then & now to have such WILLING assistance while making such a pricey yet necessary purchase! Thank you Sarah! I can’t wait to wear my 2 NEW pairs of shoes & I’m planning to come back asap for another selection ~ wink!
