The mechanic at Epic was very informative and did a great job getting my bike going again! I would give a six star rating if I could. Highly recommend this shop and would recommend anyone looking for a good mechanic. The bill was extremely low and their technical skills was top notch.

Took 2 pairs of brand new backcountry skis and bindings in to get mounted as well as a tune on my two other pair. I was quite specific on which binding and boot went with each ski as one was a 110 brake for a 109 underfoot ski and the other was a 120 brake for a 116 underfoot ski. They ended up not being able to mount one pair because they couldn’t get a jig for it and mounted the wrong bindings on the other pair. The 110 brake was rubbing on the side of a 116 underfoot ski should have been an obvious sign that it wasn’t the right binding. I should have known better than to take my stuff anywhere local, Claude’s is just as bad. Unfortunately I will have to drive up to Ketchum or over to Idaho Watersports in Burley to find someone that can mount some Atomic bindings properly. And that brand new pair of skis will already have been drilled out once now. On the bright side the Saturday guys at epic were nice and refunded me so I appreciate that.

As e-bike owners ourselves, we went in with friends to check out e- bikes for them. Rick and Dave were excellent, knowledgeable, and courteous.
Our friends wound up finding the right 2 bikes for themselves along with an excellent hitch mount carrier...

It seems all bike shops tend to have some pretty cool guys in them. I have to say this bike shop is the best I’ve done business with. Had issues with my son’s bike and they stayed after hours on a Saturday to get it squared away. Every employee I’ve meet there has been good people. Thanks

Upgraded my headset and didn't want to buy all the tools needed to install it (which I probably wouldn't use again for years, if ever), so I took it in. Steve had it done in less than an hour, for considerably less than the cost of those tools! Totally worth it, and I'd definitely recommend them!

Great experience looking at ebikes. I went in with an idea of what I wanted, they let me test ride the bikes that I had on my list and were very knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. Never felt pushed or pressured to buy and left feeling very happy with my purchase and the experience as a whole.

We just want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to both Dave and Spencer at Epic Ride Bikes at the Twin Falls store. They are ROCK STARS!!!! Best Customer service we’ve experienced in a long time anywhere.
We started our E-Bike journey a few weeks ago doing research and getting recommendations. The Aventon line was a recommended and we liked the Aventure2 for our needs. I called the 2 dealers that were listed on the Aventon website in our area to get some of my questions answered. The 1st one I called closest to us here in the Treasure Valley went straight to voicemail with the message that all information I needed was on the website. It was not. While waiting for a return call, I moved onto Epic Ride Bikes in Twin Falls (the next closest dealer). Their website actually listed what they had in stock, so I called them with my questions. The gentleman that answered the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer our questions and didn’t make us feel like we were an inconvenience. When the Treasure Valley dealer called back, he was not helpful and made us feel we were wasting his time. That sealed it!!! We decided that we would take the time to go to Twin Falls to look at the bikes. From the start, Epic Ride Bikes showed us they wanted our business!!
When we got to the store, Dave greeted us and showed us the bikes we were interested in. He continued to educate us and answer all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He showed us how to use the bikes (as we are new to E-Bikes) and allowed us to ride them in the parking lot. We were sold! We bought some accessories which needed to be installed and thought we would have to return to pick up the bikes another day; but Dave and Spencer went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get the job done, so we did not have to make a return trip to pick up the bikes.
While helping us load the bikes, Dave noticed that not all the nuts and bolts were tight on the handlebars, and he took care of that right away. He apologized for it not being caught when the bikes were assembled. We appreciated his dedication to sending us home with safe rides.
Thank you to Dave and Spencer for providing such great customer service and helping us feel good about the big purchase we have made. We will recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for an E-Bike.
