I recently brought my e-bike to Eric's Bike Shop with a mechanical issue that was affecting my daily rides. Nate immediately took ownership of the problem with impressive professionalism and expertise.
What really stood out was Nate's meticulous attention to detail. He carefully examined every mechanical component, checking the drivetrain, wheel alignment, and all moving parts. His systematic approach quickly identified the issue - a problem with the derailleur hanger that was causing shifting problems and putting extra strain on the chain.
Nate's communication throughout the process was excellent. He explained the problem clearly, showed me exactly what was wrong, and walked me through the repair options. While diagnosing the main issue, he also noticed and addressed a few minor adjustments that needed attention - that's the kind of thorough service that makes all the difference.
Best of all, he understood that I rely on my bike for my daily commute and made my repair a priority. He had everything fixed and ready the next day, which really saved me from having to find alternative transportation.

I rarely write reviews, because honestly, I have better things to do with my time, but my bike buying experience at the Richfield Erik's store was too good not to write about. Jay and Nate were extremely knowledgeable and they got me into the perfect bike. They also made sure the bike was running like a top before they let me take it out the door. This is the only bike shop I'll ever work with moving forward. It's the people as much as it is the bikes.

Outstanding experience from browsing to purchasing to picking up my new bike. I was welcomed to test drive as many bikes as I wanted. I was given all the info I could’ve possible needed. My subsequent purchase was flawless. I happily picked up my bike, replete with accessories I bought (fenders, mirror,, Thudbuster seat post and panniers). Cannot recommend Erik’s in Richfield enough!

Nate was outstanding in repairing my flat tire. Approached me as soon as I entered the store with my tire in hand. Could not have been more pleasant. Repair was completed quickly while I waited. He took the time to show me what caused the puncture and offered several choices on a replacement tire and why one was better than the other. Nate is a valuable asset to Erik's Bikes.

Went in today not really knowing much about quality bikes, didn't ask a lot of questions but they were very helpful and knowledgeable.
I bought the cheapest bike in the store, and I didn't realize how much of a difference a good bike makes.
I love my new bike! Thanks to the guy that said "happy new bike day!" You were great!

sales and service staff are both excellent. I was able to quickly find what I needed and a size that fit me. they later helped with a warranty part replacement and took care of the entire process on their own. just today they did a pedal replacement for me on the spot so I could get some new toe clips on and get out in this beautiful pre-spring weather.

Went for extras for my ebike. I am impressed with knowledge of everything I asked. Even made my day better by just going their.
Update- went riding and encountered a problem, stopped in as walk in, and they had time to fix and explain. It's nice to have a good experience these days. Back to the trails 🇺🇸🫡🗽💯
