Went here because I knew they carried a certain product brand that I like kulh I looked but they didn't have a jacket I was looking for so I asked the lady if she could order it and she said yeah no problem ordered my jacket picked it up 5 days later very happy very cool outdoors clothing store go check them out

Will never shop here again. From the moment my husband and I walked in the older lady with short hair followed us across the store while we were browsing, waiting for our movie, I don’t know if she thought we were going to steal or just blatantly racial profiling my husband.
Needless to say, I put the items I wanted back although my husband still purchased his hat.

Stopped in today to get sunglasses because I forgot mine. I ended up buying a shirt too. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have great outdoor brands and nice selection. I can't wait to go back

My wife found a Kühl down jacket here this winter that she really liked, however we decided to wait on it. Good service from one of the associates left a great impression on us though, so we ended up going back and getting it. Having an EO in CDA allows you to get some nicer outdoor brands without making a trip to REI, although as already stated by another reviewer, without as good a refund policy.
