The BEST Boot Guy! If you need any help with sizing, polishing, adjusting boots, then go see their guy. He is a genius. He's fitted me for two sets of boots so far and they fit perfectly (no blisters, etc).

I have had the worst experience in my life with FMP in Ventura. Customer service with FMP, either by phone or in person, gets NO stars!! Their reliability is non existent. Nothing they told me was true, their promises did not happen. And when all was said and done, I was given nothing but excuses for why my order was not completed either when they said it would or at a later date. The worst is the fact that the manager there has no idea of the meaning of customer service.Not once did she try to try to make me, as a customer, feel welcomed or important to their business. She just kept giving me excuses for why what they promised was done. Then I was told that it was "not their fault," and those were the exact words that were used! Lastly, while I was there in person, they checked on my order and had the audacity to tell me that the order was now "ready", but they could not give it to me until they completed their "paperwork," and that I would have to come back in the afternoon to pick it up. I was appalled at that statement! Especially because when I walked in, the manager and another employee were just sitting down and talking. They sure did not have to do "paperwork" when they took my payment two months prior, and then made me wait 6 weeks later than what they had promised!! I told them on my way out that I will never buy another thing from them! And I meant it!! I will also tell anyone I know that may do business with them about my experience, in the hope that they will not have to go through what I did...

The people down there that are poo-pooing this place are way off. Fake news. This place is awesome. They hemmed several of my uniform pants and slacks perfectly. Will be getting embroidery as well!

They will mess up the order, sew seams incorrectly, and take a very long time.
