Aurea me atendió con mucho profesionalismo y experiencia.
Muy amable y me orientó en todo,muy buenos precios y sobretodo hay BOGO!
el lugar ha sido renovado,el piso está muy bonito,se ve todo más amplio y todo super organizado.
No olvides tu máscara ya que las reglas de prevención del COVID la siguen la pie de la letra.

Me gusta el lugar hay variedad de zapatos y seguido tienen el especial de lleva un par y el otro a mitad de precio, las encargadas de la zapatería son amables también, los zapatos de buena calidad.

This is the Worst place to shop at!! I was there today at around 12:30 pm looking for boots for my daughter. As I walked in a very rude Dominican woman began approaching me to put my mask on, I had just walked in and had the mask in my hand. She proceeded to tell me to put the mask on or I wouldn’t be served. This is the 3rd time I try to walk into that store and was approached by the same Dominican woman. She is very very rude and treats customers more as a bother then a business transaction. I would immediately end her employment as she is causing people to walk out and not purchase what they were originally there to do. There was a very professional Argentinian lady who was great!! This Dominican woman needs to learn how to deal with the public as I WILL never EVVeR enter that store again.

Buyer beware. Don't purchase any shoes from this store because they will cheat you out of a refund as they did me (in my opinion). I purchased two pairs of shoes and they felt great during a brief try-on. Then, once I wore one pair of the shoes for a couple of hours, the side of my big toe and little toe started to greatly hurt. As days of walking in one of the two pairs, I didn't feel like the shoes were the correct size as marked. I ended up taking the second pair back to the store for a refund. I explained to the sales clerk my problem with the shoes and the elder sales associate informed me that I wouldn't get the full price paid as a refund. She had the nerve to tell me that being I am returning one of the shoes; I am considered as buying only one shoe. Gave me a look as though she expected me to keep the shoes in order to not loose a full sale. I told the sales person that has no bearing on the fact the reason for return is the pair of shoes is faulty in size fit. You owe me a full refund and your sales sign doesn't say anything about a rule on no full refund back on a buy one get one half off purchase. Your sign says refund and exchanges are given as long as return or exchange is within 30 days from date of purchase. The sales associate still refused to give me my full refund and I was forced to take a refund for half of the price paid on the shoes. I've filed a complaint with the federal agency for consumer fraud with this store.

I was going crazzy looking for shoes because I needed to travel next day and I passed by this store and I saw this shoe in the window perfect for my son, i walk in and the blond lady over there helped me so much, I went in for 1 shoe and walked out with six pair of shoes, buy 1 get one 50% off, perfect. So 5 star from me.
