This is a top-notch luggage and shoe repair to go to for wheel replacement of luggage, purchasing new and used luggage, and for exceptional service. I recently went to see Greg and his coworker at Fallbrook Luggage-Shoe repair to fix an overnight suitcase i use on a daily basis. He knew exactly what to do to give the cart new wheels. Each time i go there, i am met with a smile and a repair that is done well. They offer a huge inventory of suitcases and overnight luggage to choose from at their Canoga Park location. The toe was peeling on my shoe and I've been wanting to get it repaired for a long time. The price was reasonable and the repair was finished before the date Greg gave me. I'm really happy with how the shoes look and can't wait to wear them.

I brought in two bags that were pretty stained and badly damaged and this shop was able to fix them right up! One of the bags was supposed to be white but it was severely stained. I didn't think it was repairable but seeing it now fixed is almost brand new! I would recommend this shop and really appreciate all of the care they put into their craft.

Perfection! The handle, telescopic, broke on my favorite suitcase which was part of a set. Greg made it Better than before... Perfection! I highly recommend Fallbrook Shoe & Luggage Repair!

Greg did a terrific job! My 16 year old Briggs and Reilly carry on broke its handle and a zipper fell off. I found this shop on the listed repair centers. I asked about spinner wheels and Greg said no problem to add. He also cleaned it. It’s like a brand new suitcase with spinners. I tested it out on my first trip through the airport and 10/10. I highly recommend Greg! He also met my deadline for pickup. Really happy.

My first time here and it was off to a rocky start but finished with a bang!
I made the mistake of walking into the place where they sell luggage verses repair and I'll never walk in there again. Extremely rude and judgmental staff, if I wanted to buy a new bag I wouldn't be trying to repair mine but that's a review for another business!
Walking in was interesting but keep in mind it's a repair shop, when you see the wall of shoes and bags you know you've reached the right place!
Herber is a gem and truly cares about his customers first time or not. Having him tell me how beautiful my bag was, compared to being judged 10 minutes before hand for having an "old, outdated" bag just made me love him even more. He gave me a fair price to fix the wheels on my travel bag and a couple of seems that were coming apart. I also had some plastic pieces that really didn't concern me because it was an aged bag. I gladly paid the deposit and when it came time to pick it up I was amazed!
He went above and beyond, fixing the plastic pieces at no charge for me and he made me fall in love with a bag, that held so many memories for me, all over again.
It takes a craftsman to love the products and repairs aren't always cheap but it's well worth it if you don't want to buy new. I can't say enough good things about this place!

Don’t trust these guys, they got me good…charged me over $50 to put a patch on my jacket when I found out later that the going price at most shops is about $5 per patch. Also charged me over $70 to fix a tear in a jacket. No patch included, all they did was put some kind of cement glue. $20 would have been reasonable for what they did. There are way more affordable places out there that won’t scam you… Stay Away!!

Greg & the crew at Fallbrook Luggage & Shoe Repair took my beaten 56 year old Vox guitar case and made it LIKE NEW! How did they do it? Magic? Maybe. More likely - skill and hard work. Anyway, thanks a million - I can’t recommend them highly enough.
