What a great job they did! I had a new pair of shoes that needed to be stretched, and they checked in with me, and it wasn't stretched enough, so they came up with a few solutions, and just more stretching was what was needed for my wide feet.

Brought my heels to repair after they were scratched all over when walking on the bricks. Joe and his team did an amazing job on bringing my shoes back to life! Highly recommend this place.

*Edit*: They ruined my shoes. Do mot trust their workmanship.

This place was amazing until a year or two ago. Recently, the service has been rude and the quality of the work is subpar. The cobbler lost my shoes for a few days, and the person who took my payment was surly. Worse still, they compromised my shoe heel. The piece they affixed peeled off, and the heel itself split in two. They ruined my shoes.

Go to the place in PG instead.

Absolutely Amazing work! Shipped the boots and they were back in just a few days and they look BRAND NEW! Well- loved and beaten up riding boots, I didn’t expect them to work miracles and they look like they came out of the box years ago! Highly recommend.

Good work on my boots. I paid them to resole my Lucchese Cowboy boots. I knew what sole I wanted as a replacement, asked when and how much, and the end result was great. I don't know what the other four reviewers are angry about, but I didn't pay them to polish my boots. They put a new sole on, and properly edge dressed it. Workmanship looks great, and it was done in a four day turn around, which is completely acceptable in my eyes.
