So Disappointed!! Ordered a pair of custom boots through their custom build program back in December of 2023, it took them 8 months to ship out because Cimmaron failed to reached out to me. Every time i called Cimmaron for a follow up, i was met with an attitude, it seemed like he was extremely bothered when all i was requesting was an update as to my build progress. When the boots arrived and they were not what i ordered. I showed them exactly what i wanted during my build process and they assured me that they would make it happen. I've reached back out multiple times just to be told that there is nothing they can do. I paid nearly $1000.00 for these boots & they're still in the box in my closet. I wish they would stand behind their brand. They dropped the ball on my order and have done nothing to make it right. If you'd like to make this right, i am sure Justin & Caiden still have my contact info. Until then, all i have a pricey closet ornament.

I ran across Fenoglio Boots online and began asking around. Heard good things from people and liked what I saw via pictures. Was in Ft. Worth in early December and used that opportunity to stop by. Sure glad I did! Had a great experience with Brady, Nathan, and Cooper. I probably got on their nerves with all my questions, but they answered them with a smile and provided me with a lot of information. I tried on a lot of boots and they grabbed pair after pair without hesitation. I was so impressed that I bought two pair for me and FaceTimed my girlfriend and let her pick out a pair. She loves hers as well. Can't wait to visit you guys again. Thanks!

This shop is a couple blocks off of the main Stockyards, but well worth the short walk! My wife and I stopped in and absolutely loved our experience. Brady was more than happy to size us correctly, give detailed specs, and hand us a whole pile of boots to try on. This is the hometown boot shopping experience you are looking for. The side of complimentary bourbon poured by Justin helped too. These guys make you feel right at home.

In addition to great quality boots, the staff here is fantastic. They’re very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. Very nice guys who know their stuff. I’ll be buying more boots from them in the future. Great place and a lot less touristy than other places in the Stockyards.

Wow what an experience , Justin was awesome and managed to find a great pair of boots for my wife. He had great cowboy stories to tell but more importantly told us how to fit and look after boots showing us various tricks on how to clean and maintain the boots. Boots made in Texas by Texans !

I was in Ft Worth recently and stopped by the Fenoglio store. I own one pair and I really like them. I was looking for a new pair, black python, which they did not have in my size. Justin, one of the sales persons there, helped me out and together we designed a boot that they will be making for me. Justin was patient with me through the process and did not try to over sell me on anything. he is a solid asset for this boot brand/company. Looking forward to getting my boots!
