Staff was extremely rude. When I purchased some Berk boots at this store they didn’t have the color I wanted and I bought them with some skepticism and a strong feeling I may not keep them, I was told returns and refunds were fine within 30days and I needed receipt of purchase and all required packaging. When I returned a week later I brought the boots back to the store in the same condition they were purchased. The clerk saw I had made a portion of the transaction with a gift card she was immediately suspicious..? I responded with my willingness to accept a gift card in return. She proceeded to inspect the boots and very rudely declined my return accusing me of wearing them outside, it was dust from my home flooring, they had In fact been in the box all week, she proceeded to compare them to other shoes in the box telling me how dirty they were in comparison. As she rudely declined the return her and two other women proceeded to scoff at be me from behind the counter. She expressed no sympathy for the situation and I learned that Buying and returning shoes online is so much more convenient and less humiliating than this.

Bought 2 pair of boots and tried to return 1 after worn once and hurt my daughter’s feet. Very rude manager was no help . I thought at least an in store credit Nope ! So frustrating and will not be back

I was in Finan last week for over an hour taking time to buy special gifts for each person on my list. The sales gal helped me put together a gift package for each person paying special attention to detail. I will definitely shop here again. Beautiful, quality merchandise.

Love it: great location, exceptional choice of the best brands. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Not out-priced by all means- you can get identical price for any item if you shop online, yet here, at the store you can see the actual item and try it on. I try to visit the store every time I visit CDA and never left empty handed!

Very rude, went in just for a second so my sister could show me a deal they had on a north face, and we understood that it was five minutes before closing and we were trying to be in and out but the girl st the cash register asked us if we needed any help and we told her we were just looking stuff this one we had in her hand and she goes well then we’re closing so and followed us out and lock the door right behind us and it wasn’t even closing time yet. Will never be back again, and will let everyone I know not to support this business.

The worst place to shop, they had a closet of some sort with a door and my son opened the door. No sign on the door or anything, son thought it was maybe a dressing room. 2 ladies came over and said oh theres nothing in there. So we carried on with our shopping. Then another lady came slammed the door shut and locked it. Maybe it should have been locked from the start? Very rude, we are a local family and love to support local but oh well. I'll go buy my Bircks and hydroflasks elsewhere. Don't spend your money here. Overpriced anyway.

This was my go to place for myself and gifts. Until the last couple of years the buyer for the store was wonderful on point taste for purchasing for the store. Who ever is buying now just doesn’t get it, the men’s selection is larger then the women’s section and the women’s isn’t at all impressive, I’ve gone in 3 different times just to see if it was a fluke, but no…. So disappointing.
