The customer service has always been great every time I visit. I tell them what I need shoes for (ex/ trail running, long road walks, etc...) and they are able to show me what would best fit my needs. I love the scanning system they have as well! It helps to get the perfect fit and leaves the guesswork out of trying on different pairs from different brands. The provide quality care and quality shoes! Highly recommend!

When I walked in the store was busy, a great sign! There was plenty of staff there to help me and (I think it was Kelly) sized my shoes by sight. Seeing my feet and knowing the size was impressive. They didn’t have the colorway of the shoe I was looking for that day and I tried on a few other shoes too while I was there but didn’t buy that day because I was really hoping for that specific color shoe. But as the week went on, I really liked the other shoes I tried on. I could have ordered them, or bought at a store closer to me, but I wanted to go back and support a business that was able to handle a full house and had a staff that were experts. I’ll drive the extra distance to feel that comfortable with what I’m buying and who I’m buying from. Thanks for the help guys. I love my new adidas shoes.

We went in to have my husband fitted and were greeted right away, they measured his foot/stance/walk. They brought out many styles for him to try. Special ordered his color choice in the shoe he picked. We were never rushed and they were super informative. I wasn’t there to buy shoes but ended up leaving with a pair of beautiful Saucony sneakers.
