I trained out of this location for the 2024 Chicago Marathon. I was now looking for a solid daily trainer for the winter months. I tried on five different shoes and settled in the brooks glycerin max for my long and easy winter running. Great experience with the staff. I will be shopping for all my work and running related needs at fleet feet.

Went to Fleet Feet on 1/4 and Dennis was absolutely amazing. Was having major problems with my old shoes and didn’t know where to start. He scanned my feet, showed me the results and explained in terms I understood what would help the pain I had. He made 3 recommendations, I tried all on and made a purchase. Incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Every customer in the store was engaged- staff was great and I love my shoes. Will definitely be back. Thanks again Dennis for a terrific experience!

Kyna was super helpful in fitting my husband in a pair of Hokas. He had a lot of pain in his feet and the orthopedic doctor recommended Hokas. No more pain. The store is excellent in Lincoln Square, parking is ok early in day but get crowded at dinner time. The staff here are super and there are lots of great running clothes and shoes. We have also purchased socks and other running gear here and are very happy with this store. We highly recommend this store.

They clearly cared about my needs and had great insights on which products could work best for me.

I understand they want to ensure I have everything I need for the best experience, but it did feel a bit like things were being bundled in without my full agreement. A little more transparency or an option to decline would have been appreciated.

Additionally, while I appreciated the items recommended by the staff, I wish there was more variety on the showroom floor to try on myself. It would be helpful to have more options to explore independently, without always needing to rely on the staff's selections. Overall, Fleet Feet's dedication to service is impressive, but a bit more choice and transparency could make the shopping experience more enjoyable.
