I cannot say enough good things about Fleet Feet Mishawaka! From the moment I walked in, their team made me feel incredibly welcome and helped me get on the right path to becoming a runner. I started by getting my feet professionally scanned, which was a game-changer in finding the perfect pair of shoes for my needs. They also recommended insole inserts, and the difference has been night and day in terms of comfort and performance.

Even though I purchased my shoes six months ago, I've been back to the store multiple times since. One of the best decisions I made was joining their Race Series for 2024, and I just renewed for 2025! It's been such a motivating factor to have a race to look forward to every month. Plus, the series offers discounts on races and even some free ones—such an amazing bonus!

One of the highlights for me has been the 2025 Race Series Hydro Flask. I was lucky enough to be one of the first 150 people to sign up, so I received the engraved version. It's a beautiful, high-quality piece that I absolutely love showing off.

Beyond shoes and gear, what really sets Fleet Feet Mishawaka apart is their sense of community. Before joining them, I never thought of myself as a "runner," but thanks to their supportive and inclusive environment, I now know there’s a place for everyone, regardless of pace or experience level. Paola was the best. Very patient and kind. Super knowledgeable on the shoes. I was there for a hour, getting my feet analyzed, trying on shoes and insoles, and getting gels. I am very excited to try out these new shoes and see how well the insoles help with my knee pains.

Liam was very knowledgeable regarding the shoes I was looking for and answered all of my questions. He was very patient with my talkative toddler and helped keep her entertained. He provided several shoe options I never would have considered on my own, and are much more comfortable to run in compared to my old shoes. Overall, great experience.

I was very impressed with the service at Fleet Feet. They are kind, walk you through an assessment of your feet to make sure they find the right fit. Answer any questions, explain the results of your assessment and take time with you. If they don't have what you need in store, they order it! The best part is that you have a 60 day trial period if you are not happy with your purchase! I will be back!

Received great customer service while purchasing my shoes, but now after 8 months, the sole detached from the shoe, and tread strips are coming off. The associate stated they had issues with this model, but refused to do anything store level. She told me to contact the manufacturer. I think it’s bizarre that you don’t stand behind the product you sell, with known issues present. I will not purchase shoes from here again .
