Amazing customer service!! I love fleet feet so much!!
I booked an appointment online on a Sunday. Walked in and was told they don't take appointments on weekends. But showed them the text confirmation and they quickly assisted me and my partner. We both found shoes and were in and out very fast.
I always have amazing service here. And convinced him to come and check out the service.
I also recently had a friend come in. They also had an amazing experience.

I needed to purchase one set of insoles for some uncomfortable shoes, so I called Fleet Feet Old Town to see if they would be willing to use their measurement / gait tech to help me choose which would be ideal. In other words, I had no plans to purchase expensive shoes or anything like that. I called ahead and they said they would be glad to do this. I came in and the representative, Mary was amazing. She did the measurements using their fancy contraptions, and then spent perhaps 45 minutes with me helping me understand what the various different insole models did / did-not do. She was patient and friendly. Outstanding job. Will definitely be returning to this store. Highly recommend.

Steven was incredibly helpful and answered all of my many many questions as I have just got back into running (but was never an expert). He made me feel comfortable with my choices (“there’s no right answer, it’s just preference”) and confident in my purchase, pulling a number of shoes for me to try and even more when I asked about specific brands. He gave great explanations of my foot measurements and how they’d interact with different shoes and brands. I loved being able to try the shoes on a treadmill and the data gathered from the foot scans was very interesting. I feel confident that my new shoes will be better for my body in the long run (pun intended), and if anything changes or goes wrong, the team at fleet feet will help me out! I did have to wait on a Sunday, but not very long (though a bit longer than they estimated). Still, no complaints! I will definitely be back for any shoe needs- running, walking, or standing.

My family has been shopping at Fleet Feet for a long time in Missouri, (we love them!!!) and this location was close to my work so I stopped by. I was immediately helped by Steven and he was attentive, informative, and seemed really passionate about his line of work. I had a personalized one-on-one experience. Another team member was shadowing Steven, which made me feel even more secure about his knowledge and guest services. He even got the color of shoe I wanted transferred from another store!
