I went to Fleet Feet to purchase a pair of running shoes for an upcoming race. Even though the store was busy and there was a wait, the sales associates did not rush their customers to get to me and others who were waiting. They acknowledged our presence and continued helping others which I viewed as them ensuring everyone was fit with the proper shoes. My sales associate showed me a few different brands and I ended up purchasing a shoe I was originally unfamiliar with. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase as well. I’m vet happy with the shoes I purchased and definitely would recommend!

Great experience! The gentleman who helped me scanned my feet, then made shoe recommendations based on that and how much I planned on running. We were able to narrow down to one, and I ran later that day. He also recommended the Pooler Run Club that runs on Tuesday evenings.

Joe, at Fleet Feet Pooler, walked me through my foot imaging process and fitted me with a new pair of New Balance sneakers.

I couldn't be happier with the service I got, or the fit and feel of my new sneakers. The right shoe gave me a lot of confidence that I can walk in comfort now.

Gregg at the pooler store was very helpful and kind! I even went to the Savannah store and the associates there were amazing as well! I walked in and was helped immediately! I was asked details about my running habits that helped lead Gregg in the right direction and he brought out multiple pairs of shoes that all fit well and we found the perfect pair!

Cregg was awesome! He was very attentive and worked with me to find a shoe that worked for me. I ended up getting the Brooks Glycerin 21 GTS and my feet a thankful! Didn't know I also needed to go up an entire shoe size. I do wish that they had more color options in my size though

Joe helped me in the store on this trip. He was kind, patient, and listened to all of my questions and concerns. I am an ER nurse so 12+ hour shifts on my feet is intense! I have relied on Brooks Ghosts for several years-tried others like Hoka and New Balance but they were not as comfortable - specifically for work. I went to the store that day wanting to try on the Ghost Max, Hoka Clifton and On Clouds- but figured I'd be leaving with Ghost 16s again. Joe helped me with those and then suggested a Saucony Ride 18-which I had never even heard or considered. HUGE difference- that shoe was noticeably way more comfortable. I am seriously impressed so far. I have already worked 2 shifts in these and they are amazing! I am obviously going to give it more time and observation but I am confident that this is my new go-to work shoe. I never would have given this shoe a chance if Joe hadn't been there to guide and help me. You guys are awesome!

Very small store. Terrible and diminutive selection of shoes. Inattentive store personal. Only the young gentleman said, "Welcome.. others didn't acknowledge my wife and I.. We left and ordered online. I don't recommend the Pooler store.. maybe Savannah store is better.

Joe was great. I was in and out and less than 30 minutes and was educated on what type of shoe I need specifically for my feet. Thank you fleet feet! I will definitely be back and will definitely recommend fleet feet to someone looking for new shoes!
