I can't recommend this store enough! My mom and worked with Erica, who was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient. We both left with shoes that are supportive and comfortable. Our experience in-store was phenomenal: Erica offered us help right away, and took the time to get to know our foot structure, gait, and needs before bringing out a wide variety of shoes until we found the right ones. If you have high-needs feet, go to Fleet Feet TC South. Every employee in the store is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I will definitely go back!

Shopping at Fleet Feet was an awesome experience. The 3D scan of my feet was super quick and it made me feel like I was truly getting recommendations for my specific needs. The sales associate made a recommendation of an insole that made a really clear difference, and I purchased what he recommended as well as a pair of shoes. He was attentive to all details and even asked about whether I was looking for a specific color shoe. I was really amazed by how fast I was able to get in the store and find what I needed and check out. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Scoty Super nice man that explained everything he was doing. Very professional, nice , courteous got me a nice pair of shoes! I went in thinking Hoka or Oncloud.... Ended up with New balance ! So far so good.. they fit nicely and their comfortable! 10/10 will go back AND I will definitely recommend!
