Went into your shop today and asked the sales girl if you did any orthotic custom shoes because my sister who is with me has special needs for her feet.
She said no and I told my sister to try on a pair of Oofos. My sister said immediately that they hurt her feet due to her problems that she has one leg
longer than the other. The sales gal told me that she needed to have that shoe because of the way peoples feet are etc. etc. but my sister told her she
cannot have that kind of shoe and it makes her problem worse and she walked away. We continued to look for shoes but my sister could not find
anything that felt comfortable for her. I tried to ask the sales gal a question and she said well I was trying to tell you about those sandals but you were so rude and wouldn't listen to me. I said excuse me? You the sales person are calling me the customer rude because you couldn't get out your sales pitch when I already told you my sister had special needs. I reminded her that I am the customer and that you don't tell a customer they are rude. I said I will not be buying anything in the store ever again and as we were leaving she was still flapping her mouth at me being rude as I walked out the door.
Needless to say I gave her the bird and left.

The owner was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out flip flops for my husband, which he loves. I also found a pair of crocs that I wanted but they didn’t have my size so he ordered them for me. 10/10 customer service and I will be coming back for sure

Terrible shop and rude unprofessional employee. Tried to exchange a pair of flip flops bought less than a day ago with a faulty stitching that created a blister. Employee insisted we buy a sewing kit and remove the stitching ourselves, destroying the flip flop. Im telling everyone to stear clear of this place.
