Hola fui cliente de esta tienda no tube ningún mal comentario asta ahora el servicio pésimo mi amigo compro porcelana ase dos días y le salió defectuosa perdimos tiempo y dinero y al tratar de regresarla el manager se justifico que defecto de fabrica y ni siquiera si disculpo ni nos quisi reenbolsar unas cajas que estaban abiertas pero completas y en buen estado según el eso no era posible que la porcelana saliera defectuosa tienen variedad eso es cierto pero muy mal servicio al cliente

The experience started rather poorly as there were no available associates to assist any customers. After several minutes, Victoria came to assist us. Her patience, professionalism, and ability to listen helped guide us through a complete bathroom remodel.

She gave suggestions in a most helpful way. She was not pushy, nor did she hurry us along. She turned what could have been a two-star review into a five-star review! Well done, Victoria!

Great customer service and help from Melvin!! If you are looking for some expert advice when it comes to a project, book an appointment with Melvin! My husband and I are new at the renovation game, and his patience and expertise was well appreciated! We would highly recommend coming to Floor and Decor with the amount of options and having Melvin narrow down your design choices. Thank you for all of your help! I bought a Sentinal tile cutter from here. The box had been previously opened. There was no manufacturer literature in the box. The tool had a piece falling off and could not cut a straight line. I had the tool for a couple days before discovering the damage. Floor and Decor refused to refund a broken tool they sold me. I suspect it was sold and returned damaged previously as the box was open and stuff was missing. Anyway, I am a professional tile installer. I will never shop here again! The staff was rude to me and would not help in any way, other than offering to sell me another cutter. Well guys, no way. No trust in you at all.

I am beyond disappointed with the customer service at Floor & Decor. I called ahead to verify whether I could return nine boxes of hardwood flooring without a receipt. After providing the SKU number and explaining the situation, I was assured I could return the flooring for store credit. Based on this information, I wasted an hour driving to the store only to be told the return was declined and there was “nothing they could do.”

This was a complete bait-and-switch, and the lack of accountability is infuriating. If your policy is to not accept returns without a receipt, say that upfront instead of misleading customers and wasting their time and gas money.

Lots and lots of tile, but I think there should be more displays! I understand that it is impossible for displays for every tile, but I also think you have room for more. Or at least someone there who can show you how to put the color and type of choices you like together in a specific room! Never the less, I like the tile that is offered, and I will be back for a purchase!

Disappointing Customer Service Experience

On October 7th, mid-afternoon, I visited your location to return a product and was met with a rather disappointing experience. When I approached the register to speak with the associate, he did not greet me, which I initially overlooked. He then called the manager, Victoria, to the front to confirm whether I could return individual pieces of stone ledger tile, which still had the barcode sticker on each one.

Unfortunately, when Victoria arrived, she also did not greet me. She simply stated that they could not accept the return. I explained that I had successfully returned the same tile for a different project just three weeks prior, to which she replied, “That’s our store policy,” and then walked off without further discussion.

I felt this was very poor customer service, and I left with the impression that neither the associate nor the manager was interested in assisting me or addressing my concerns.

I hope this feedback helps to improve future interactions at your store, as I would appreciate a more respectful and helpful experience moving forward.
