Took my Giant bike in to have a bent rim fixed. Asked to make it straight and roll smoothly. I said no hurry as long as everything is correct for the expensive bike. He called twice to ask me to come get it because it was ready and needed a derailer because he said that mine was damaged (never received old one?) sent my 19 yo son to pick it up since his friend damaged the bike. He not being very familiar with bike repair and mechanics. They put a silver rim with a Crome hub on the back in replacement of the black wheels and hub’s it’s has before? The bike is gray and the wheel looks like a Frankenstein bike now? I called the store to explain that it was the wrong wheel and color and I was bringing it back to be fixed correctly and was told that silver (non Giant wheel) was available and since they already put it on the bike . I will have to just accept that it’s not matching and looks wrong and weird. They told me the boss was not available and file a court suit if I wanted my bike fixed correctly or my money returned. That hurt a lot knowing that I spent thousands on bikes through many years.. I am sad to see a person can pay so much money and loyalty to a store and be told to accept the wrong parts or take it somewhere else and pay to have it fixed correctly and with the right color parts….

Do your own maintenance. I basically paid 275$ for them to put a damn chain on my trike. I told them the only thing I cared about was the brakes and the chain that broke. They had it for a week told me it was done and said they didn’t do the brakes because it would have taken two days for them to arrive. What did I pay for?

Went in to buy some bindings for a used snowboard I had purchased the person who helped me was no help I asked if we needed to check to see if they fit my snowboard and he acted like he didn’t care and just said they would come to find out they didn’t fit my board and when I went to return them they only do store credit and don’t have the binding that work for my board they offered no help

I've bought several different outdoor pieces of gear here over the years. I've had pretty great experiences throughout. Recently bought a mountain bike from them and they set it up for me, explained the maintenance, and we're very helpful throughout the process. They offer a 30 day free tune up after buying the bike as well which is pretty sweet. Overall pretty happy with the service here.

I was on a cross-country bike tour when my kickstand started to fall off because the bolts loosened. The owner/manager stopped what he was doing to get it sorted out. Shop looked well stocked, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable to help my buddy buy a new pump.

I called for support on a specific issue of using giant ride control when there is no Internet coverage. I got a brush off, referring me to look at the manual online figured out for myself after buying three bikes from them less than six months ago I would’ve expected more support and at least a conversation.

The customer service has gone so down hill do people even make phone calls anymore when orderd product is in? Or when U take ur bike n & they don't call u when it's done? Or how about fixing & replacing the tires & tube & one of them pops 2days later so Instead of saying I'm sorry let me fix that for u on the house ?
