Beyond thrilled with my experience with Foot Solutions. I had no idea running could feel so good (I am in the camp of runners who constantly complain about running). In a time where activities are limited, running has been a wonderful saving grace for keeping my sanity. Cathy went above and beyond to make sure the fit was just right, and her expertise resulted in a shoe with the perfect fit on the first try. Looking forward to putting some serious miles onto these beautiful shoes, thanks Cathy!

Strange experience. Waited 30 minutes as they had only 1 clerk, but that was fine to get specialized help. The clerk was very friendly up until I explained that I did not want new sneakers, but wanted to try inserts first. She instantly became abrupt and irritated. I would have bought the product she suggested, but did not really want to give my business to poor customer service. Wanting to try to make an unpleasant experience better, as I was getting ready to leave, I said, I'm sorry if I offended you in some way. She did not respond initially, but then said, I don't know what you're talking about, in an irritated manner. Would definitely not go back.

My sister-in-law was here from out of town and has difficulty walking and finding comfortable shoes. I goggled ortheapedic shoes and Foot Solutions came up with good reviews. I called to see if we needed an appointment and I talked with the sales person regarding their 7 step analization. We walked in and I introduced myself and my sister in law to the salesperson I spoke to on the phone. She made no acknowledgment that we had talked and told my sister to look around. She never offered an analysis except to measure her foot. She was unfriendly, not helpful and made no comment when we attempted to engage her. She made us feel uncomfortable, like she didn't want to wait on us. If we didn't care about customer service, we could have gone to DSW.

It is hard to overstate how rude and offensive the lady who works here is. I booked an appointment hoping to discuss custom orthotics because of my flat feet. After I walked in to an empty store and desk, she came out from the back with a curt, almost hostile “can I help you?” I let her know I came in to discuss orthotics and that I had booked an appointment and received an icy, aggressive “yes, ok, and?”. Despite her palpable rudeness, I shared that I had a couple of orthotics and one felt too narrow, so wanted to discuss a wider option - she looked at mine and said "you want us to widen that? Because that would be impossible!" I said no, I wanted to ask if you could make a wider, custom insert. At this point she said "I think you should go back to your podiatrist".

I’ve never felt so unnecessarily unwelcome in a place of business in my life, I did nothing to this Karen (only instead of a Karen going to the manager, a Karen WAS the manager - I never stood a chance) and she treated me horribly. I would definitely not recommend going to this place ever.

I returned a pair of shoes on October 12 that were not comfortable. I ordered a different pair since they did not have my size. I called today to see if they had arrived.
It appears that she did not order the shoes and has no memory of me requesting the order!
No apology, just that she has no memory of it!

This place is great...at one point when I was there, they actually suggested a brand of shoe they didn't even carry! After discussing my specific needs further, we decided on a slightly different style of shoes that they could order for me...they came in the next day. These people really know their stuff, especially when it comes to orthopedic needs.

I read the reviews and despite the negative feedback, I thought I would give this store a chance since I needed inserts for my heel pain. After visiting the store, I would have to agree with the negative reviews. The owner lacked any degree of customer service and was not friendly. I would suggest the Foot Solutions store in Norristown instead.

I am very satisfied with the custom orthotics I had made. I had some made at my podiatrist's office and could not wear them. The store has a nice selection of good supportive shoes.
