This place is legit! I’ve purchased multiple shoes and boots here. The employees are ALWAYS super helpful and don’t make you feel like a nuisance. If you’re like me, I sometimes try on multiple shoes/boots and I feel bad sometimes since they’re always having to go find my size. If you want a good quality shoe or boot, this is the place to go. Their selection is really good. Tons of options! If they don’t have it in stock, they’ll absolutely order them. They’re quick and efficient from the time you arrive until the time you leave. These guys are the definition of 5 stars!!!

These guys are so helpful and courteous. This is my second pair of hiking shoes/boots from this store and I will be back. They even did some repairs and conditioning to my first pair while I was working on my second pair! It's rare to find any service after a sale, especially on shoes, and this is over the top. It was a great experience! I explained what I need for my job and what I liked and didn’t like and the employee who helped me knew exactly what to give me. He explained what is going on in my foot and how to help that with the right footwear. I’m very pleased! Everything was also very fairly priced and the company does so much to maintain your investment.

Aetrex technology is amazing. It’s shows where is your pressure point on your fit and gives an idea what product best for your fit. I stopped having pain on my fit as soon as I started wearing what is recommended for my fit. I bought week later another insoles. And week later another pair.
Customer service excellent. Prices are exceptional for quality.
