Consistent top quality service and support...where can you find that these days? Right here @ Fox Lake Harbor, that is for sure! Have had my boat serviced and stored here for 15 years plus. I sent it somewhere else for two years due to some needed warranty repairs from that dealer...huge mistake! Learned quick just how good I had it here. I had a slip here for a about 8-10 years, was aways an awesome experience. Dave in Service has been a big part of why we always come back...he and his service department actually care! His team knows how to take a care of a customer, and you simply can't find that these days. Wish I had bought my boat here, just couldn't put it together at the time. Fox Lake Harbor has taken care of me for years. We recently purchased a new 2024 Crest with a 150hp Mercury 4-stroke engine. After around 100 hours of use, we experienced a catastrophic motor failure. Mike immediately took on the challenge and had us back on the water with a completely new motor in less than two weeks. Most of that time was spent waiting for Mercury to ship the new motor, but once it arrived, they had it installed and ready to go within hours! So after many years, I decided to repower my old pontoon boat. I was always curious about the process, and anxious about the outcome. Let me tell you, Fox Lake Harbor exceeded my expectations. As a lover of all that is boating and the river community, I want to share my repower adventure. Fox Lake Harbor was gracious enough to get me pics of the process. Going from a 50hp injected 4 stroke Evinrude to a new 115hp 4 stroke Mercury meant full removal of the motor, the wiring harness, all the gauges and controls. They seemlessly installed all new wiring gauges, controls, motor, and fuel lines. The outcome was a perfect install visually. It looks like it was built this way. Anything that was old, or of concern was brought to my attention immediately. No hidden costs, and no up charges. They are family owned and treated me like a river neighbor, as we all should be doing. Upon pick up they went through the whole process, explaining it all to my over excited girls and making it a really pleasant experience. Now we can tube, and feel confident in the reliability of a new motor. A great upgrade to any structurally sound older pontoon. I highly recommend Neil Moulis and the team at Fox Lake Harbor.

First year keeping our boat here. Folks seem super friendly. Nice floating docks. Could use a few more amenities. Showers and bathrooms other than portopotties. Prices are reasonable.

Worked with Tim and financed through FLH to McHenry Bank. Painless and worked well with me through every step. Decided to rent a slip and have had a few items addressed through Sue in service. Everything has gone great! Would recommend.
