Visited Freebird on 2 times in 2 weeks. The presentation of the store and the beautiful products caught my attention quickly. I love love love the uniqueness of it. The quality is amazing. The design very stylish and high fashion. The price point is very affordable. The customer service was excellent even on the day I showed up looking like I just finished scrubbing my tub. The workers were very knowledgeable and helpful and most importantly patient. I will attach photos I took while in store.

My girlfriend and I had been talking about getting a new pair of boots for quite some time. While exploring Garden State Plaza, we came upon Freebird for the first time! (I’m impressed to see a store like this in Jersey) Right away, we were greeted by Anthony and he led us to what we were looking for. After roughly an hour of trying on different boots, we settled on our new favorite pairs! Anthony was incredible throughout the whole shopping experience. It felt like our own personal assistant! Will definitely be back, and Thank You Anthony!

I want to start with my phone call to the store asking to put aside a size for me.
The person on the phone, who I wish I can remember her name, she was so helpful and answered all my questions.
I followed by letting her know I would be there that night or the next day at the latest. Now at the store, wow what an amazing experience. I went to the store to exchange my boots because I couldn't get into them little did I know I wasn't putting them on right. Tishana, hopefully I'm not killing her name, and her co-worker were so friendly and realized that I already had the right size, I just didn't know how to get into them. They taught me an easy way to put them on and added info about a boot puller to remove the boots myself. Which I'm ordering right now. Customer service is so seldom these days and they reminded me what it felt to have that above and beyond treatment. @freebird you have amazing employees in your Westfield Garden State Plaza, Paramus, NJ location, Thank you again.

The customer service and quality of boots/sandals are the top of the line! We had such a great experience with Tashiana, she was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the perfect sandals. Will be back for fall boots!

Found a pair I liked and that managed to fit me - Freebird only makes their boots in full sizes for some reason.

Would have bought another pair if the in-store experience were a little better. Now that I have an idea of the fit will just buy online.
