I walked in no greeting I was in there for 10 min walking around and no help. I was going to purchase a shirt. No customer service no way can I shop! Do better GAP!

It's been a while since we shopped at The Outlet Mall. We have high expectations when it comes to clothes. We are a family of 9 that LOVE fashion! So we can shop! Anyhow, my daughters and I decided to stop first at the Gap. First off, the store was not that busy, yet nobody greeted us. As we walked around the store to see what outfits we could put together, for the little ones, Julia followed us around the store. I did not know she worked there because she had a drink in her hand. As I bent over to get a pair of boy jeans, she scared me when she loudly asked if she could help us. I started laughing, and replied no thanks. We don't shop looking for specific items, we buy what we think is our type of style, right?! So we like to take our time. I want to see men's, women's, girls, boys and baby section. Julia walked around only us. I'm not sure if her eyes worked, but just by our outside clothing and purses, you can we don't really shop Gap. You CAN tell we like what we like(Expensive things), Julia was so unprofessional, she her job for granted. I am very familiar with the way a business should be. Now, this same lady walks around the store gossiping with other employees. As we head to checkout, she gets a big laundry cart full, I repeat FULL of go backs. The folded or should I say the tables that should have folded clothing were very messy. Unorganized store, yet she had time to stalk us. As I walked to register to pay, this same lady asked her coworker if some jacket looked nice on her. Wow! She must own GAP! I am baffled, appalled, and don't want to believe Gap corporate promotes this type of behavior. Talk about second-hand embarrassment.

Oh my goodness!!! I was absolutely blown away by the greeting and customer service!! "WOW!" What a completely different experience from the outlet mall in Edinburgh.
I believe her name was Jenn, I could be wrong, it was on Good Friday and the store was hopping but the 2 ladies behind the counter made everything look flawless.
She helped me find my size, and because they only had the pair of jeans in my style available to purchase, she helped me place an order to be shipped to my house.
"I highly recommend this store!"

The staff were very professional (a lady named Jennifer) and courteous; they were also very attentive to the customer's needs! I'm very satisfied with my shopping experience!!
