This store is conveniently located in the Target Plaza in Cleveland with front door parking. All of the brands are high quality, built to last such as Patagonia, Chaco, Marmot, Kuhl, Outdoor Research, and more. I was impressed with their selection of outdoor sandals and shoes. If you are a healthcare worker, you receive a 20% discount every day on boots and running shoes. The selection of hiking packs is impressive and the staff is knowledgeable about each product. Whether hiking locally or making a big climb, this store can help equip you.

Nice clean store but higher priced than most for some items. However, if you look you may find a deal like I did. I found a pair of Pendelton shoes for $10!!! The only reason I give a 4 star is because there was limited clothing for plus size people. People of all sizes can be active.

I went to this location on Fourth of July weekend to buy some clothing for a whitewater rafting trip on the fourth. I've never been rafting and I'm not really what one would consider athletic or outdoorsy, so I was extremely out of my element. I think the employee (Emmy) could tell I was a little lost cause she came over and was extremely friendly, polite and helpful answering any and all questions I had, she helped me find several different products to consider and was very knowledgeable about what set each different product line aside from one another. After some consideration I was able to narrow down a purchase. The cashier, Jacob I believe was his name was also very friendly and polite at checkout. If the owners read this, your employees are A+.

I was very impressed by this Rock/Creek! I wasn’t sure to expect, but I was happy when it looks like a normal Rock/Creek! The employees are very helpful and nice and they know what they are talking about. This store has many things that are interesting just to look at.

Tip: Check out the room when you walk into the store on the right! They have kayaks and other things!

It was time to finally retire my old Keen hiking shoes, but the Cleveland, TN Rock/Creek was out of the exact pair that I wanted to replace. When I find something I like I tend to stick with it. I’ve worked in retail and/or in outdoor recreation for a while now, and I was thoroughly impressed by Max’s knowledge and helpfulness while trying to find hiking shoes. Great store with great people who will make sure to match you with what you need, not what they happen to have in stock.

I came in and was approached like a gear pro, quick discussions on the gear topics and application. Points in the right direction to navigate the store and not just push to a cashier to pay and get out.

Excellent shop for all our camping needs! LOVE this place because they have actual camping gear and not just clothes for people who want to look outdoorsy. The staff was super nice and helpful.
