The minute I walked in and was greeted, I felt comfortable with the upcoming experience. The staffers were relaxed, knowledgeable, and so
helpful.
This is why B and M shopping will never die.
I admit, I buy a lot online, but when it's something like a winter coat in Chicagoland, that I'm buying, I want to touch, see, and be advised by a knowledgeable mench.

employees are a bunch of hipsters who berate customers for not leading an active lifestyle. whole family felt really uncomfortable, and we'll never return. disgusting business practices with inflated prices I could find cheaper elsewhere.

The staff here is great. I recently had to get some hiking shoes and knew nothing about them. The staff member I spoke with seemed to know everything about every boot they carried and was able to match me up with the one that suited me best. Helpful. Knowledgeable about the products. Good selection of winter coats. From the brands you want. There's a water bowl out front for thirsty dogs. We brought our dog inside who was greeted with a smile and a treat.

Walked in to U.D just to browse for vacation attire to Florida for an upcoming trip.

they already had spring selections out. As I was looking at shirts aimlessly your representative who introduced herself as Bianca was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I walked in just to look and walked out with some new threads. very happy.

Drove to this store about an hour. But definitely worth it! Great store with super helpful stuff. They even have in stock clothes what’s everywhere else sold out. Great experience!
