This place is Top Notch. I was looking for some UGG slippers for my daughter and found them online at Globe Shoes. I live in Texas and the store is in New Jersey.

I will admit I was a bit leery, since they are not a big well known store. I called the Globe and the phone was answered by a real person. I then called an adjacent store in the strip center to ask if the Globe actually had a storefront. It all checked out.

I placed the order online and received email communication that my order was placed. A couple of days later I received an email stating the shoes had shipped. The shoes arrived as promised. Totally new box and fresh new UGGs.

Unfortunately, the shoes were too small. I called and was given instructions on how the exchange process works. The exchange was flawless.

I love family owned businesses like Globe Shoes. The communication was great and purchase went smoothly. I look forward to having the opportunity to buy from them in the future. If they have what you are looking for, I would buy them without reservation.

This is my favorite store of all time. My family has been coming here for years - they have a wide variety of stylish yet comfortable high-quality shoes in wide and double wide, and are well stocked in all sizes. The sales associates are very knowledgeable and patient, and will stretch the shoes to help you with problem areas. From dress shoes for my wedding, hiking boots for a trip and everything in between, I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Terrible experience. The person was so rude. I asked 2 questions and he acted like it was ridiculous. I asked for a bigger size he ignored me, said goodnight and walked away and the rest of the employees just stared.

Had a wonderful experience buying a new pair of sneakers! Stuart was so helpful in my comparing-sneakers process. On a walk with my dog now in my new Hoka’s and they are so light and comfy! Couldn’t be happier!!

Awful customer service on defective shoes!
I’ve been buying shoes here for 20 years plus, attracted by their great selection of styles for my hard-to-fit feet and excellent customer service. So I was shocked by the terrible experience I had today when, for the first time ever, I brought back a pair of shoes. I bought Walking Cradle shoes exactly three months ago for $144.
The sole on one of the shoes began to disintegrate, making flapping noises when I walked. After less than three months! Not normal, especially not for shoes that cost $144. I showed a manager, Roy? Ray? Who demanded to know “what I did to the shoes.” Uh, I walked in them.
I was taken aback but asked if the store would issue me a credit that I would use that day. Nope, they refused. I pointed out that according to their own records I was a longtime customer who has probably spent thousands over the years. Nope. The best they would do was send the shoes back to the manufacturer and if they got a credit, they would pass it back to me. In maybe 8 weeks!
So now I’m out $144 and a pair of shoes.
I’ve always enjoyed shopping at Globe even though it’s more than half an hour away from my home. I know it’s a small business and I’ve been very loyal to them. Too bad that loyalty does not go both ways. I’ll be shopping elsewhere.

I love this store 😍 !

I started shopping at this store when it was located on route 17 in Paramus (near Ikea).

They have a selection of all sizes and widths. Popular sizes run out quickly, just like in any other shoe store.

Staff is great! Store is clean and well organized!

I went in to look at a pair of Ugg’s and the staff was very helpful in finding my size and the colors I liked. It was a nice store with manny good brands.

Don't shop at this store!!! Order online! Shoes sell for soooooooo much more here. About $50 more than you can buy online. So sorry I came here. They don't have a good return policy. Only a store credit! TERRIBLE!!!
