My daughter and I recently visited the Go Hunt store in Las Vegas, and it was an incredible experience. We were greeted by Norris and Paul, who were incredibly knowledgeable and patient in answering all our questions. They then took us on a behind-the-scenes tour, showing us the podcast room, trophy mounts in employees’ offices and break rooms. It was amazing how Go Hunt went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Despite being a large company, they have a warm and friendly atmosphere that feels like a small mom-and-pop store.

Our experience getting to visit the GoHunt store was beyond 5 star. Each an every one we spoke with was down to earth and so very nice. Product knowledge was top notch. Ended up being able to talk with Brady, Lorenzo, and several other team members by chance. It was hands down a cool experience and I can not speak highly enough about everyone we got to meet while there.

Such a great place for new and seasoned hunters. The customer service is unmatched. Every time I go there it’s just a great all around experience. These guys know their stuff. If you’re a new hunter do not go anywhere else. Not only do they take their time and make you feel welcome they educate you on whatever it is you need help with. Just a great group of guys that love talking about hunting. Ask for Paul he’s great!

Not sure what I haven't bought from Go Hunt which would be easier to describe all my purchases..LOL..However what I like best about buying from Go Hunt is buying my products from Paul who knows all the ends and outs of what best suits me for my hunts and he spends a ton of time with me making sure I'm well prepared for my hunts. There is no one else in Vegas at any local hunting shops that is there for the hunter more than Paul and that's why I only buy from him / Go Hunt!!! Paul even lets me bring in my equipment and helps me fine tune any concerns I may have or even lead me in the right direction and at no time does he ever make me thinking I'm bugging him or make me feel stupid with any dumb questions I may have which I cannot say that for the others unfortunately 🙁 Thanks Lorenzo and Porter for having such a Great Guy in your shop to help spend my money 🙂

Awesome service! I finally was able to try on the boots I was interested in and compare them to the other top brands. Can't do that online. Now, this is now a must stop during every Vegas trip.

Do not use this company. Ordered a sleeping bag a week before I needed to use it, I paid for expedited shipping to ensure it arrived with plenty of time. My order was never shipped and I am now scrambling to find something that will work for my trip, while they still have my money because it will take a few days for my refund to go through. I reached out and apparently my order was flagged for "fraud" so they never sent it out. Overall, this company really screwed me over and offered little to no help to remedy the situation.

Signed up for a membership, used it very little, decided several months before the membership ended that I would not be renewing it, so I set the account to "do not renew membership." On the day the membership ended I was surprised to see that they attempted to charge my card for another year of membership (the card guard service my bank provides rejected the charge.) Over the course of the next 6 days they tried three more times to charge my card. I sent an email to their customer service team on a Friday afternoon and received a response from them Monday morning. It was a very "canned" response that did not address or resolve my concerns. It took one more email from me for them to cancel the charge.

Be wary of this company. Even if you set your account to "do not renew" months before the membership is set to expire, they may still try to bill you for another year of service. This whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.
