I come back every time I need new equipment for 6 years now. On Saturday I was with my sons to get snowboards and shoes. Kamil turned out to be very experienced and spent a lot of time to choose the best equipment for them. Will we come back and would I recommend the store? Yes, of course you will not find such service anywhere else.

Just picked up a new board after having the same one for years. Definitely a rare customer service focused spot and really highlights the difference between going to a chain. While the owner was handling multiple customers, including myself, no one was waiting for long for their next step of the process being done. The owner had a sense of urgency for what he needed to get done but I never felt pressured to pick something out. I was given explanations and opinions every step of the way. Extremely knowledgeable and really wanted to find the right equipment that worked for what I wanted and needed.

My wife is looking at purchasing some skis in the future and this will definitely be the spot we come to.

I used to rent ski and finally remembered to buy a full set. This is a great place to shop, the staff is friendly and willing to work with you and advise. They will listen and focus on your need. I checked 5 different boots in and out until I made sure I found the perfect fit, no rush from their side, no pushing, no salesmen's pitch. Great service. After I had the boots ready, they helped me to pick the right ski, adjusted everything by my height and weight. The price was reasonable, they will work to get you the best set on your budget. I really recommend this place!

This was an awesome place to go! Me and my brother were looking for snowboards and found the perfect one! Everyone was so welcoming and sweet! They helped us figured out what sizes he needs, what boards are best for him, how to snowboard with them properly and more! I visited Goskand Sports last week for a pair of cross country skis and had a great experience. Before going to Goskand, I had called around and visited multiple outdoor recreation stores in the Chicagoland area and Goskand was the only store I found that carries cross country skis in-store. I believe Goskand is family-owned and operated as I was helped by a husband/wife and their son. They were very helpful and efficient in helping me select a pair of skis, poles, boots and bindings that fit and are appropriate for my intended use. I got to test out my new skis this week and I love them! I highly recommend Goskand and I will be a return customer myself. Thank you!
