We drove 45 minutes to have him fix a suitcase for us, no one around us was willing to do it. The zipper was broken, missing teeth etc…. But without hesitation he took it and did an amazing job fixing it! Can’t say enough positive things about the shop. Customer service was amazing. Very pleasant experience all n all! Will absolutely use the shop in the future if/when needed!

I brought in a pair of hiking boots. I ripped the soles off while hiking. These boots are discontinued and new ones cost $150. Baldo not only glued them back together, but stitched them beautifully for extra support. And it only cost me $35! Well worth the money for boots that will last me another few years.

I’m so happy I bought my handbags here! I’ve got a couple of beautiful leather handbags, and unfortunately the straps had worn out and broke. I wasn’t sure they could be repaired, but not only were they repaired, this gentleman did a wonderful job! One bag is particularly heavy so he reinforced the straps in addition to repairing it. The other bag had two zipper pulls that had come off. He put new zipper pulls on it and fixed the strap. His work on the repair looks better than the original construction so I’m super impressed! If I have any other repairs needed for my bags, shoes, or other leather pieces I won’t hesitate to bring them here. The quality of the work is superb, and I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable the repairs were. Thank you so much!

I was there with my boyfriend who had two pairs of shoes repaired. He was quite happy with the results and personally, I thought it was very expensive - he could have bought new shoes for what he paid for the repairs. It was good, quality work, though, there's no denying that. I don't know the details about how long it took, what types of repairs they do, etc., as I waited in the car when he picked his shoes up from here.

I've brought several things to be done. For example: to hem a pair of leather pants (w/zipper) in each pant leg. They did a great job. The service is great and a friendly atmosphere.
