Wow what a building ?

I just love our new Hagen Ace Hardware! My hubby and I found everything we needed and more! The plants are gorgeous and ridiculously affordable! Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Perfect for DIY projects! We're so glad we found our new go-to hardware store!

We choose Ace for their excellent service when picking out Lumber for our Chicken Coop. Drove my Truck with trailer in the drive through Lumber yard and they loaded everything for us. The attention to detail was spot on. The Crew in the Lumber Yard did a great job.

I’ve always had great experiences at All Hagan Ace Hardware‘s until the Callahan store. I went to buy some screws. I ended up buying a firearm. It took them eight days to figure out how to process so that I could leave with the firearm the turnover at the gun counter is horrible. I will not come back to the Callahan Hagan Ace Hardware Will go to other Hagan aces, but the Callahan store hasn’t gotten it figured out down check down check down check

Only problem I ever have at this location is... They have everything, and I want one of each! Was told this is the largest Ace on the East Coast. Great place for necessary hardware and lumber, gift shopping in any season, or just for self-indulgence. Friendly staff. Free popcorn!

Found some plants we love and the staff there was the nicest staff I've ever seen in my life. An employee let us in a greenhouse with beautiful butterflies. There was a bunch if cocoons and caterpillars. He told us all about what they do in it. Would highly recommend to go.

Customer service was great!!!! I'm so mad I didn't go on the other side for home goods when I say I was too excited. I thought their gardening area would be so much bigger but it's cool I enjoyed watching butterflies fly. Came what I needed got to going ?

Today, I stopped into the store early at 815, usually at most stores help isn’t available, but not here. I was immediately greeted by front cashier in garden center, and when asked what I was looking for, she went and got garden manager Laura and she was amazing! Not only pointed me to the trees I loved, but loaded them up for me since I have my baby with me. Thank you ladies for helping me.

This place is huge and has a great variety of merchandise. The staff was very helpful and polite. The store was clean and inviting. This was my first visit but will certainly be back.
