Awesome hospitality especially after the recent hurricane going through. And while their menu might have been limited to what they were serving to the public everything that we have was absolutely delicious and flavorful to the palate. If you're ever in the area definitely stop in and check out their daily menu and they even serve breakfast anytime of the day open till 7:00 p.m. closed on Sundays

Went there for lunch on July 5. We were surprised that there were so few people there. We thought the place would be packed, but it is 90° out so that's understandable.

We got the mushroom and Swiss half pound hamburger and poor boy fish sandwich with shrimp. Both were delicious. The burger had mushrooms, Swiss cheese, sauteed onions and mayo (optional). The poor boy had 2 large fish fillets, shrimp, lettuce, tomato and sauce.

Both came with a small bag of chips. Don't let the pictures fool you - I did not take photos until we were well into our meals.

Owner is very nice & accommodating.

Prices are very reasonable considering what other "fast food" restaurants charge. Everything is cooked to order - they don't have stacks of burgers already grilled and then heat them up.

We will definitely go back.

We stopped by to grab an anniversary lunch to take to lake Stella where we got married and Mrs Linda was absolutely amazing. She catered to us and made sure we had a beautiful moment on the paddle boats. The food was delicious, we asked for a recommendation and the philly steak sandwich was spot on as a 10! The greens and macaroni were seasoned perfectly and the onion rings were so crispy. We will definitely be back, thank you Linda for helping us celebrate our special day!!!

Prices are inaccurate. Menu shows 3.50 for a root beer float. Apparently went up to 7.95, not including tax?! The cups are tiny and went from a large looking cup to a small with absurd price. Want a milkshake? Went from 5.95 to almost 8 dollars not including tax!! I used to love getting ice cream and milkshakes from here. Used to get a big cup and lots of ice cream with it. Now it’s just small and lifeless. Burgers not worth the money and absurd for a local business. Everything else is not the same after new management.

I got the pulled pork loaded fries, which were great and flavored wonderful. very larwonderful. Would recommend! My friend got the brisket loaded friends, and hers were not good. The brisket looked like microwaved Salisbury steak and didn't taste much better. Would not recommend.
Overall, I have had different foods from here before, and it was always good. So I would still give 4 starts the brisket just wasn't our cup of tea.

Great little wayside burger and hotdog place. A few picnic tables sitting outside on a lake. Pam is an AMAZING cook! This isn't fast, but it's very much worth the wait. If you ever had a french fry ever in your life, for the love of all that's holy, eat the fresh cut fries. If Pam's there get onions on them.

It’s a shame, Halie’s use to have the absolute freshest and best burgers and fries in the area. The new owner just purchases cheap frozen food and reheats it. We’d be better off getting frozen food from the grocery store. Bring back the old fresh burger patties and hand cut potato fries. Still a great location

Came to here to play the disc golf course. $5 pp for one round for non-members or $7.50 for the day. Food on site, outdoor seating, plenty of parking and restrooms. Disc golf course was short, lots of trees, and perfect for practicing forehand shots! Mostly shady and fun!!
