Needed a small amount of lumber and decided to try local rather than a big box store. Staff was very friendly and informative when I called as well as when I visited. Was able to get it delivered the following day for free as I was close enough the driver was really great and happy with the quality of the lumber. Would recommend. Mike, the guys, and Hailee take good care of me all the time. For example, Mike and Dan have given me their valuable time to talk me through projects such as how to measure for both a swinging door and a pocket door. Just the other day, there was a charge on my invoice from about a week earlier, maybe two, and I did not understand why. It was a very minor amount but with the way that Dan and Rob jumped right on it, you would have thought it was a thousand dollars. It would have been a legitimate charge to other lumber yards; however, Hatboro Lumber refunded me the money—no questions asked. When the swinging door manufacturer made a mistake on their end, not only did the manufacturer make good on it, but unexpectedly Hatboro Lumber (Mike) made good on it too. I highly recommend Hatboro Lumber. I have been getting my lumber from it for the past 8 years. I purchased sand for garden pavers I was installing myself. The associate I spoke to was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He even double-checked my math to ensure I had enough material for my project. The employee provided the most cost-effective option to meet my needs.

Delivery was competitively priced, prompt, and completely professional. The driver followed directions and executed a flawless delivery. Could not be happier! Superb service from start to finish!

The guys here at Hatboro Lumber are awesome. Whatever your job, big or small, they will go out of their way to make sure you get what you need and provide a great price as well. These folks have gonna above and beyond for me personally many times and I know I am not the only one. Give them a shot here before heading over to Home Depot or Lowes.

Hailey at Hatboro Lumber was amazing! I placed a small order but she treated me like I was her most important customer. She took the time to make sure I had the right amount for my project and was able to schedule delivery around my hectic schedule. In today's world of phone automation it was an absolute pleasure speaking with her instead of pressing buttons to get to a real person. I hope her supervisor reads this and gives her a raise. She really represents the meaning of customer service. I will definitely be placing more orders in the future because of her.
