This week I went searching for new running shoes in preparation for my first half marathon. As a new’ish runner, I was not exactly sure what I was looking for. The first running store did not have much direction or suggestion for me. But then I went to Heart and Sole at their new location on Montgomery Drive. I tried on 4-5 different styles to see which size and style would fit best. I jogged around the store, up and down the sidewalk. All while having great assistance from the associate (owner?). Unfortunately, I did not get his first name. But his dog Rose was also just the sweetest and so funny. Thank you for a great shopping experience! All small town shops should take a cue on what a great experience should be like. I will most definitely be back!

Fantastic customer service! I went to Heart and Sole after developing pain with my old running shoes. They examined my current running shoes (and the sandals I wore in)to see how my foot was wearing them and listened intently to my concerns. They then determined what was probably causing my pain and found me the right running shoe for my foot. I will definitely be back!

I usually don't write review but this place is the best! The Employees both knew exactly what they were talking about and knew the products. When I told the employee "my feet are wonkie when I run" she saw just what I meant by running in the store ONCE and fit me for a pair of shoes to help me correct the way I run. If thats not enough, they have a store dog! Rose made my day and was friendly with my toddler. I always trust a person with a dog more then someone who doesn't.

I went into Heart and Sole and was promptly greeted by the staff. I explained what I was looking for and was brought out a few pairs of shoes to try on. We landed on a pair that I thought was going to work, but after I went home and tried them out on the treadmill the shoes were creasing into my foot. I brought them back the next day and explained I wanted to swap for another similar pair. Without question I was helped out and the staff knew and reassured me these things happen; As I felt bad for bringing them back. I landed on a pair of TOPO shoes with way more confidence after the great experience. Highly recommend giving this store a try !

The staff at Heart & Sole were very nice and professional. They worked with me on getting shoes fitted and insoles for my current shoes. Ultimately, I decided to get just the insoles this time, but will be back for my next pair of shoes!

I rarely write reviews but I just feel that I have to highly recommend this shop. Kenny, the owner is highly trained and very patient. He spent quite a bit of time considering my foot and knee issues. With each shoe that I tried on he took the time to analyze my gait and work with me until he found the very best fit. I am so happy to be able to support such a wonderful local business and highly recommend him and his shop to anyone who needs direction in identifying the proper footwear.

They are amazing!!! Really kind and helpful. Willing to take as long as it takes to find the perfect shoes for you. Extremely knowledgeable with their shoes and products! They video your students as they have you walk/run o a treadmill in order to find you the perfect fit. I am a retuning costumer and love their service!
