Bought a pair and my heel popped out the back after only few months! Joseph sent me a warranty pair that again same problem. Still under warranty and several calls later the new replacement never arrived as promised. Several calls and many months passed. Joseph refuses to answer or call back. Brandon promised he'd rectify but now also refuses to answer they have my phone number and email address but refuse to communicate and left me hanging. Warranty is probably out by now. I guess that's their game. They they burned up time and are a dishonorable company with a crappie product.

Heartland Footwear is absolutely the top notch quality! I have recently had Leader Boots from them, and it is so soft but super durable for all types of weather. Absolutely the most comfortable outdoor boots ever had!

Love the (made in USA) Leader Outdoor boot for just about everything! The bottom of the boot (treads) is great for slippery surfaces and I have even used them for wading small streams. I mostly use them for working around my barn and garden where its wet and muddy.
