If I could give 0 stars I would. This place ruined my things and would not compensate me at all. They destroyed favorite pair of Nike Air Max sneakers, AND a belt that was brand new, never worn. The guy cut off a random amount from the belt after I marked the belt and we communicated (or so I thought) on what needed to be done. He painted over all my stuff, when it needed to be cleaned. Poor quality work and service. Very shady, would NEVER go here or recommend to ANYONE. They said they would give me SOME $ back if they could keep my things.. what kind of scam is this? TERRIBLE.

DO NOT BRING YOUR THINGS HERE. Worst experience ever. The guy took my shoes and said he could fix them, he painted over my entire pair of Nike Air Max 97 and now they are no longer reflective. I marked a belt I needed shorted and he cut a random amount off and then they said they would add a piece and it looks like garbage. The lady would not give me any compensation for ruining my things and laughed in my face and said that is how they do things. So rude. Then he tried to take the paint off which I told them it would not work and now they look even worse with paint & og color peeling off. If you hired someone to fix your house and they just painted the entire thing, would that be OK? So unprofessional and rude! Really shocked and disappointed with how people live with themselves.

Really? Is this an automated response? Because when I went to your shop TWO other times to resolve this issue, your manager basically just laughed in my face. With no resolve expect to take my things. Which is insane.

Elizabeth and Ismael helped fix boots that fit poorly due to a manufacturing defect. Elizabeth was patient when troubleshooting the fit w me and wanted to make sure I didn't leave before she knew there was a fix we were both sure of. The price for the labor, materials, and expertise felt more than reasonable. The store was small and charming, I know where to come back to if I need anything for my shoes.

Dropped off these boots to be cleaned and freshened up for the season. Now I have cracks in the leather and the sole is cracked/ripped from one side to the other and clearly super glued as if the toe of the boot was bent so much to the point of it ripping like this I don’t even know how something like this could happen extremely disappointing now that my $300 boots that are only a year old are now RUINED

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR BELONGINGS. Wish I could give 0 stars. They ruined my sneakers and a brand new belt. Basically slapped paint over everything and when I brought it to their attention they kept telling me they would fix it and to come back, I did twice and my stuff was still not fixed. Unprofessional management, laughed in my face and wouldn't compensate me at all. Disgusting people and terrible how they run their business.
