If I could give 1 star I would. Worst company! If you can avoid any area that requires Henry County Water Authority please do. When companies know you can’t go anywhere else they charge what they want and do whatever it is they want because what are we going to do! IF YOU CAN AVOID THIS COMPANY DO IT! Also pay attention to the reviews only the good reviews are addressed😂

Thank you Jennifer. To maké what turned out to be a long story, Jennifer went beyond her duty to help resolve an issue with a huge jump in usage. Turns out something happened during a meter maintenance causing an almost 3x increase in usage. Prior months and the latest month we all in the same usage. She was able to facilitate an adjustment which is greatly appreciated.

However, it's not just the fact HCWA offered an acceptable solution, it was the effort Jennifer put in that truly makes me grateful.
