Whoever's in charge of paying attention to the water bills when they go out does not do their job as we received a almost $300 water bill in March (which several others had the same) as apparently people are saying one of the employees at the time we're making up numbers, however, I just want know why somebody wouldn't catch the fact that people's bills were so out of the world higher than normal when our normal water bills have always been about $85-$90 because for some reason after they put in the new meter the bills increased $10 a month even for same usage When I called I had to call several times to get them to supposedly come reread my meter and come up with another made up reading I'm sure , The girl I spoke to I want to say every time I called was super polite. However, it shouldn't have take several attempts to get this corrected in. The bill should've never been sent out and I should not have had to contact them to correct it several times but The girl I spoke to I want to say every time I called was super polite. Awful company. Won't even work with LIHWAP because she I quote "It's just too much work and liability for us so we choose not to accept funds." This is a government program that helps low income families with up to $750 to keep their water on. Could not believe she said that to me. Every other company in the area accepts it. Shame on you Henry County.

Friendly staff that resolves issues quickly. I had a meter leak and called it in, it was fixed quickly. I've called for low water pressure and someone came out immediately. Henry County Water Company works just as good as you would want it to.

Other than closing early I don't have anything to complain about. They are nice and try to help you out if you actually need it.

When a water main breaks on the weekend and you have no water…..There’s NO notification to or for the residents it will affect. Nothing. Your just @*#* out of luck.
