Best of the best. Staff is just brilliant and incredibly helpful. Kudos and medal to Matt who saved my boots and remaining 2 days of a ride! I had a torn lace on my snowboarding boot, and instead of a regular few days of wait time Matt went ahead and found a way to fix it within 15 minutes. Incredible! Love you guys, forever in my top service shops ❤️

Wish I could give Hillcrest 100 stars! I went for the first time this morning. Daniel and Steve were very helpful as soon as I walked in. Dan found me some really nice boots and used skis for an incredible price, and let me take my time trying on multiple pairs after getting my measurements. After ringing me up, he gave me a few stickers. I also told him "my cat will love the box". So here's him with the box right after I got home ?

My friend and I came here to pick up some gear to summit MT.Hood. The rentals were perfect! Without this gear we wouldn’t have made it far.

They showed us how to use them properly and gave us a little bit of knowledge about the destination.

They were very knowledgeable and safety oriented.

They have all the gear you need for mountaineering. Definitely gonna be back!

Popped by with my wife to check out boots for her. We got great help from Sidd and Dan, who patiently let my with try on six different pair of boots to find that perfect fit and flex! Hillcrest is great and the folks are knowledgeable and I can't recommend it enough.

Sidd and Sal are great here! The ski trade shop has some great deals and they treat you so professionally. He helped me know my riding style, size, and got me gear that is just the right comfort!

AMAZING SERVICE! I have come into the store multiple times and Sal is always so willing to help me out even when I am being a pain. Always extremely helpful and has taught me so much. Garrison is also a great worker who was really helpful and very approachable.

The staff at Hillcrest are super knowledgeable and helpful. Not trying to upsell, but do good business by providing quality service and letting that speak for itself. I was after some hardware for my daughter's snowboard setup. They had the bolt and 2 washers and we were able to get her on the slopes the next day. Highly recommend Hillcrest for their commitment to the Portland/East County ski and snowboard community's well being. Thank you and keep up the good work!
