Have credit balance on my account after moving. Have contacted customer service several times & still waiting 5 months later. Totally unacceptable. I’d rate a zero if possible.

We had an issue with our water and they sent someone out very quickly, the guy that came was very professional and nice, and he made sure i got all the information i needed and instructed me on how to take other precautions. His name is Sam Harr, he was awesome to work with, and one of the only people from the county that was actually respectful and courteous.

We set up auto-pay over the phone and have been using it for a number of years. The account was hacked and compromised, so we contacted the water department to change the account number and we were told that we HAD to go online.
We don't have a computer to do that and and when we used our Android cell phones the response was "Site can't be reached"!
They answered with "go somewhere else to where you can use a computer!"
They want your money but won't let change account information because we might be the hackers.

Water pipe broke just inside property line, I paid repair no problem. 2 week later had a final notice an the ground in front yard that my water would be turned off of I didn't pay $1000+. No bill or other notices received. Office closed, took off early work next day and went to office instructed in the notice only to find out I had to have appointment. I called$on door and she gave me email to send in my records. Which I did that day. I told her I was concerned because I didn't want my water turned off and was told they act fast. Sent everything in. Next day called and didn't have it on their desk yet but that my water was turned off that morning. I asked what I needed to do and was given instructions for leak application and that if I paid $200 my water would be turned on next day. Just got home, it's Friday and no water. Office now closed till Monday. No one has been any help for my problem but they took my money easily enough. Wasn't too get legal involved. They have no record of previous notices as I asked when the other notices were sent.

They are not for the people it's all money and someone else. I had a broken trash can for 1year and you guys did nothing. You guys keep charging me and taking it out of my tax .from now one everyone in 9713 homes are going to the city and beg trump for help although he is not president. He will help beyond political people that is one sided.

I have a commercial account with Hillsborough County. This is the most unprofessional utility company I have ever dealt with. Can't even get a person on the phone.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. These people have the absolute WORST Customer Service I have ever dealt with. They back billed me for over 6 months of water use to a date prior to my purchase of the home. When I called customer service the two people I spoke to could not answer ANY of my questions or explain what in the world was going on. Balances do not match the bills. Usage is astronomical. No one can explain it and I have to wait 48 hours for a supervisor to call me back. Complete BS
