I have been working for higher quest Kent office over 4 years. I've had managers and dispatchers come and go. I must say Stephanie Rogers is by far the best that I've had to deal with. She's trustworthy... She cares about us flaggers she won't send us on jobs that we cannot handle. And I would say that she prepares us well for our assignments. She will bend over backwards to accommodate us. While at the same time expecting us to perform our duties safely and professionally.

I have been using HireQuest to supplement our companies labor needs for a couple of years now. I use the Kent branch exclusively. I have been able to build a great working relationship with Stephanie at that branch. We have built a system of communication between us that works. I have been able to learn various members of her team, which helps me know what I can expect. Stephanie also learns about my jobs and their needs so she knows better who will fit my needs before sending them out.

We are in the Seattle area, so let me put it like this. You can go anywhere and grab a cup of coffee. Sometimes it is ok. Or, sometimes, it is bitter, cold, or flavorless. But then you find that perfect spot, and that coffee is exactly what you need. It is consistent and satisfying. When you find that spot, there is no substitute!

I know exactly what to expect from Stephanie at HireQuest. I do have to warn you though.... her personality and laughter are contagious. Be careful or you may make a new friend while getting your business needs met.

This is a great temp service to use fines jobs fast and can get permanent work if you want. It's one of the best temps very flexible they work with you and one of the best things is the daily pay other than that I love working for them if I were you I would try it out.

Let me start by saying, Hirequest as a whole, is beyond fortunate to have Stephanie as an employee. Her countenance, aptitude, work ethic, tendency toward sympathy and ability to have empathy, (yes, she does understand the difference between sympathy/empathy) make her an asset to any employer, but a "Hope Diamond" in the proverbial rough that is the labor/staffing world.

I have known Stephanie as a client and as an employee. As a client, our job descriptions were sometimes similar, so I believe my opinion is not only well educated on the topic, but well-rounded in it's development.

The only reasons I can think of, as to why there are a few negative comments, are: 1) Human Nature- people are more apt to complain or talk despairingly in an open forum than they are to take ownership or praise another 2) Platform- people tend to be keyboard warriors, blessed with anonymity and cursed with narrow-sightedness; leaving them unable to look in the one direction they should first, themselves. (Yes, I am talking about the clowns 🤡 in this review board)

At her core, Stephanie wants to help people. I have known this personally and seen it with others. I know her to go the extra mile for others, but she won't be an enabler. She separates herself from the rest by possessing discernment. She will present people with an opportunity if they are willing to do the work. Additionally, if people stumble along the way, but they posess the humility to change, she will train them for the better.

I'll admit that I've told Stephanie she should quit. As a statement of generality, She is under paid, over worked and unappreciated by more people than should be legally allowed. Stephanie works for the few who truly appreciates her and that is what makes her special.
