James & David were so genuinely helpful!
I felt relaxed here and able to take my time.
James let me know that I could get the color that I liked Bondi 8 blue, online.

So I ordered them in the store and James told me how I could sign up for the 60 day free Hoka membership! ?

James helped me to figure out if I had the right size for running.
I even was welcomed to run in the store to make sure I had the right fit.

These are SO cushy, like walking on marshmallows or soft fluffy clouds! ⛅️
It looks like I might be able to run again ?
This will be my first pair of Hoka’s!
I’ve always admired them and was able to finally get a pair thanks to the sale.

Fantastic service and a great shopping experience! David, Donald, and James were incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect shoes. They had no issue pulling additional sizes and styles for me to try, making the process smooth and easy. Their expertise and friendly attitudes made the whole experience enjoyable. Great shoes, terrible customer service. We wanted to try on a particular type of shoe, but as soon as we asked for help the staff member blew us off telling us he "probably didn't have them in stock shop online". We showed him the website showing full stock and only then did he check. He checked for approximately 30 seconds before he brought back women's sizes instead of men's and shoved them into our hands and quickly walked away. We had to track him back down and ask him for more assistance because they clearly said "women's". He stated us he was not going to look again because that was "probably all we've got"

Shocked at the lack of customer service and general decency of the staff at this store. I came by the store tonight before closing around 6:30. With 3 ppl working up front I was shocked by the indifference, disinterest and hostility in helping me, a customer. Shawn, Giselle and John were the closers. The darker haired guy, I think John, was only around briefly, but in the time he was around he continually flicked the store lights, almost like a store closing warning. To note the store lights were completely OFF when I came in. I wasn’t entirely sure if the store was even open.

No one wanted to help. Everyone was passive aggressive and trying desperately to be as unavailable, unhelpful or unphased as possible.

Giselle was the person that actually went to get shoes for me to try on, but was also completely unhelpful. Giselle was rude and generally had a bad attitude. Eating chicken nuggets at the counter, refused to make any eye contact, told me shoes were unavailable and offered no alternative, didn’t ask if I wanted to try another size or shoe option, made every effort to roadblock options for a purchase, and was just wildly unprofessional. Almost aspiring to be as unhelpful as possible. Maybe to get me out of the store? Not sure but it was definitely vile enough that I felt it necessary to publicly write this complaint. Especially after seeing similar named complaints on the store’s reviews.

Hoka management. I am a repeat customer to this store. I drove 30 minutes to come to the store with the sole purpose of making a purchase. Period. I felt completely unwelcomed. I had to actually check my phone for the time because I was shocked by their behavior. It was 6:36 PM, you would have thought it was 6:56…the store closes at 7.

You should really do something about this…
