I was driving down I-5 south yesterday, and one of your employees in a white truck with the Horizon logo on it, was speeding around (75+mph) and flipped me off as he passed me. Not a good look for your company.

I saw multiple reviews cautioning employees not wearing masks indoor. The company had responded and so I gave them a chance and went there today.

First of all, they don’t bother saying hi or acknowledging the customers, and focus on chitchatting about personal stuff. When I went up to the counter to pay, there were two guys sitting there without wearing masks. I asked them if they could put on masks while being close in distance to me. One of the guys’ name is Garrison. He’s Hispanic and the other is white. He said, “we don’t wear mask in here. You go somewhere out there wear masks!” I reminded them that’s it’s the law. He repeated, “No we don’t do it here!” Ok I will take my business somewhere else.

For the employees to be this brazen about not following state laws despite multiple complaints, this seems to suggest the company is allowing this behavior to continue and promoting this it.

I've been there twice in the last year for a broadleaf spray, The person working behind the counter had no clue what it even was ..totally oblivious.. Hire educated workers...my client went down to buy the broad leafspray, the clown at the desk sent him to a bag of fertilizer. Unbelievable 🤡

Great place to get ripped off.... They’re selection is only slightly better than HD. There prices are higher and this was with business license starting an account.

I came here this morning to look for a few things and not a “hello, good morning, or can I help you find one of the 4 things you’re not finding on our shelves that are common?” Nothing..... Every time I come here, I feel like I’m bothering them. Multiple supervisers here act like asshat know-it-all’s. I’ve was in the landscaping biz for 10 years and have been a union pipe fitter and business owner for 15 years. Fill your supply chain with other suppliers and pass on these clowns. And to corporate, your supervisors here are costing you ten’s of thousands with there attitudes alone.

They have a sign up that masking is required, yet NO ONE that works there has one one their face! This is one of the few if the only business that I have seen this.They very helpful and nice guys, but I worry that they haven't been following the COVID protocols,. I have been going here for many years now to get supplies for various landscape jobs I have worked for and they have always been very helpful otherwise. just concerned for safety.
