they don’t answer the phone and will have you on hold for more than 60 minutes just to hang up in your face because they claim they cant hear but wont calk back.

Thee worst customer service everrr!!!!! I have been hung up on after waiting on hold for hours. I have not received my transitional snap that I should receive after finding employment . I have had to REDETERMIINE MY CASE COUNTLESS TIMES IN THE SAME MONTH ...The place is a CIRCUS 🎪 🙄

The people who have no clue are the only bad things about this place. To have to wait in line over an hour because someone ahead of me can't follow directions or only wants to argue with staff, like a blood clot you have to get around.

Very pleasant experience. Hardly any waiting. All the employees were kind and helpful!, especially my agent Frank!.Got me the Medicaid paperwork I needed and also took the time to explain the process and answer my questions! Thanks Again!.Greg Kwiatkowski

Came here to help my elderly brother get benefits. Both times I’ve been here, the wait time at the reception window was less than a minute, and wait time to see a caseworker was less than two minutes. I met with a different caseworker each time, and they were both fantastic! They were professional, knowledgeable, and truly helpful. Even the security guard was courteous and helpful - greeting me and directing me to the right place. This was the most refreshing experience I’ve had with a government office in a very long time.
