Over the last few years I have maybe purchased 6 or 7 pairs each pair costing between $150 -200 dollars and I am sad to say I will not be purchasing from them ever again about a year ago I purchased a pair of work boots and after about 4 months the soul un glued they did give me a replacement pair but charged me a prorated price thinking back why did I have to pay additional for there poor product the replacement pair did the same thing but I just went to Home Depot and bouGht some glue and used them that way until they wore out now recently my last pair I believe to be flawed when I am walking it feels as if my right foot is at an angle almost as if the soul has more padding on one side extremely uncomfortable and a shame I’ve only had this pair a few weeks I went in today and was told there was nothing they could do about it seeing as how about half of all my purchases have had something wrong I wonder if they sell a less then perfect product almost like Ross
