Best Sandal’s in the world usual my slippers from here would last 1-2 years. Quality work. Worth every penny. This last pair lasted me 8 years . Cross my heart. That was 8 years of every day wear and tear. Worth the wait. Every sandal they sell are hand made. The workmanship is amazing. My friend was going to buy a pair of Birkenstock . I had to set him straight and pointed him to Island Slippers 👍

My brother needed a pair and so we came here.

Greeted at entry and the lady was helpful in letting us know which side was men, women's or unisex. She even saw I was wearing a pair and was happy to see.

Helped my brother out and explained about custom size straps and all that. But since we moved mainland, we just went with an off the rack which my brother wore out of the store.

I will never ever buy slipper here again , I had bought a pair of slipper over 4 years ago same location very happy with them, had never stink,I have returned to buy from them again and I have asked specifically is it okay to use in saltwater and the slipper won’t stink because the slipper over $90 ,saleswoman said it is okay it won’t stink but after 2 or 3 times go to beach and the slipper stinks, I have brought it back they gave me new pair of slipper and same thing after 2 or 3 times going to beach,it stinks in a level I have to roll down my car’s window, I have asked my money back but saleswoman have told me today she can do nothing about the smell and refuse to give my money back.
This is not right.

Ordered three pairs of slippers within two weeks. One was lost during shipping - not their fault, but they offered zero help locating them after several calls to tell them they weren't received. I worked it out with USPS. When I finally got them, they didn't fit - again, not their fault. However, a theme was emerging in that there was no customer service. I called several times, but nobody answered, and voicemail messages weren't responded to. I've also left several emails asking for a RMA number, but again with no response. The slippers (flip flops) are of really good quality, and I'm willing to pay 3 times more money to avoid buying them from you-know-which-country. The quality doesn't support the expense, but let's support our local businesses if we can! I expect delays given the Covid environment, but if you happen to have problems, be prepared to have to contest the charge with your card company - that's what I have to do.
